Dr. Jill Weber was very professional and thorough explaining the proposed treatment plan which included (2) extractions and a bone graft prior to having the dental implant procedure. The insurance person (I didn't catch her name) gave me very detailed information on what Medical Mutual would cover. My only complaint is the bathroom was very dirty especially the toilet.
