Staff was great! Dr Greg was nice but bed side manner comes across like he thinks he's god.

His bedside manner needs some work. Seemed aggravated to even be in the room doing his job. Never went back and found someone else who was more than happy to have me as a patient. read more

LESS THAN ZERO STARS IF THATS POSSIBLE!! Went in for an appointment I made for an EMERGENCY wisdom tooth extraction with Greg Panossian. While his front desk and assistant were very cordial, once he came into the treatment room he BARELY looked at me, said I had to come back without any explanation why and left the room before I could ask questions! After asking his assistant if he could come back to speak to me as I didn't understand what was happening , he appeared totally annoyed and said I was being rude!!! I have never been treated by any dentist or doctor like this before. His complete lack of regard left me speechless. I would NEVER recommend this practice to anyone based on his utter lack of of professionalism. On top of it he had the NERVE to charge me $50 for the office visit! read more

Been to this location a few times. Dr Panossian doesn't beat around the bush (which I appreciate) and always makes room for an appointment when needed. Office is clean and up to date. The nurses and receptionists are always very nice and will get back to you if requested. If you need a specialist on the island this is the place to go. read more

Nobody likes going to the dentist. Multiply that by 1,000 when you need surgery. But there is a reason this place has 5 stars. Dr Panossian and the entire staff make the experience as painless as possible. I've needed oral surgery twice and both times (2 separate doctors, 10 years apart) was referred here. The waiting room may be a little backed up, but the staff does their best to move things along. When you get called, Dr Panossian is great at talking you through the process and putting your mind ease. Then when it is time for surgery he works his magic and lets you know the results before he sends you home. The best part, at least for me, is both experiences left me pain free. Minor discomfort on day 1 but back to normal immediately after. Truly a great experience with a great doctor and staff. Highly recommend. read more

went with another surgeon for a large cyst removal that Dr Panossian told me had to be an OR procedure in hospital. other surgeon will do it right in office and wont make me wait months on end. awful communication made me lose trust in this office. i got a lot more information from my other surgeon on what to expect from the procedure and they actually return my phonecalls. read more

First time there. Had to have a tooth pulled. Extremely friendly. X-ray technician also friendly. But the most important part was the doctor. We had a consultation in his office first. It was neat and clean as well as the rest of the place. The doctor shook my hand, and looked me in the eye when he spoke. He and his staff, let me know what to expect during the procedure. Horrible customer service. Receptionist was too young and didn't deal well with health insurance inquiries, couldn't copy social security number correctly. Also made errors with another customer on the phone with same issue . Was too busy on the phone talking to friends then dealing with certain questions . We never received a phone call prior to appointment to let us know not to eat 6 hours before surgery. Assistants lied saying they couldn't leave voicemails on my phone and wouldn't take blame. Horrible experience , will never come back or recommend! Beware !!! read more

I had an appt for a tooth extraction yesterday and wanted to review my experience. From beginning to end I was sooo comfortable. I suffer from anxiety so front desk employees manners are very important. Everyone there was so friendly and made me feel at ease. Nicole who was with me through my procedure was sweet and made me feel calm and I truly enjoyed talking to her . Dr. Panossian was AMAZING! He explained everything that would be done and talked to me through the whole thing. From the minute he walked in the room and made some jokes I was totally at ease and I didn't feel a thing!!!!! It was the best experience to say I got a tooth pulled. I totally recommend him to anyone that needs that type of dental work. Tooth was broken high up by the root. The doctor warned me it might be a difficult extraction and he would have to "dig out" a bit. Dr. P managed it with almost no pain the following day. Dr. Panossian and his entire staff are extremely knowledgeable and caring. I was extremely nervous but Dr. Panossian calmed me down. Before I knew it the procedure to remove my upper wisdom teeth (one impacted, the other not) was over. There was no memory or pain from the procedure. I am currently icing my cheek (impacted side) as I just got my procedure done yesterday afternoon to help control a little swelling but other than that there are no issues or pain. I received a follow-up call today from the office to make sure that I was feeling OK. I will eventually have to go back for my lower wisdom teeth and I will absolutely return to this office. read more

I can't recommend this office enough! I had an appointment for my first visit ever to an oral surgeon... got in and had my XRay and was in the chair to get my wisdom tooth pulled within 20 minutes. Next thing I know, I'm awake, my tooth was pulled and I felt NO pain. It's been 5 days since the surgery and I have not felt any pain once. I've meant to write a review a while ago... but a few weeks after giving birth I was in excruciating pain. My regular dentist recommended me to see Dr Panossian. They were so accommodating and got me in that day to see him. He was ready to get to work, but I was breast feeding so I had to wait a week to build a stash of milk for the after effects of the anesthetics. He made sure he did everything to make as comfortable as possible before the procedure. Even calling me right back when I left a message on a Sunday in pain. They worked around my schedule with the new baby... and my procedure was pain free! I had such a great experience considering the pain I was in and I really appreciate the kindness of the office staff as well as Dr Panossian and his assistants! Highly recommend!!! I was referred by my general dentist to Dr. Panossian. I wanted to find out if my wisdom teeth were causing the ringing in my ears (tinnitus.) Sometimes these teeth sit on a nerve and cause this condition. Being a new patient, I expected to sit a while and fill out paperwork. I did. I sat for just about one (1) hour before i was given a stand up x-ray. ( my first stand up x-ray ever.) The office assistant gave poor directions, but I muddled through this. The Doctor saw me literally seconds later and told me that my wisdom teeth could stay, they were not causing my condition. He read that x-ray in about 5 seconds and "consulted" with me for about 50 seconds. What an innate ability to read an x-ray and interpret it!! (sarcasm intended!) I understand that people get naturally frustrated and angry when they find out that their problem won't be solved from their Doctor visit, but I felt as if I was being RUSHED out of there. I also felt as if the Doc thought that I was an idiot for even exploring my wisdom teeth as a cause for my tinnitus. Additionally, NO DOCTOR IS WORTH A 1 HOUR WAIT! Is that how a new patient is treated?? Not right. All this for a small $50 copay. A dollar a second! Wish i earned that!! Oh, i forgot, my dental insurance pays much more in addition to the copay. Needless to say, If I ever needed any Dental Surgery, I wouldn't dream of ever coming back to this Doctor. I love my General Dentist and when I visit her next I will advise her of my experience. I hate to be the only Negative reviewer as I like to give people benefit of the doubt , but this time the negativity is necessary. read more

As someone who has severe anxiety, I was absolutely petrified to get my wisdom teeth out. However, from the very first phone call, I knew I had made the right decision in choosing Dr. Greg and the Panossian practice. Jenna who booked my appointment was an absolute sweetheart. She heard the quiver in my voice -again, PETRIFIED- and assured me that there was nothing to worry about and that I was in the best hands. She was right! From the moment I walked into the office I was immediately more at ease. Both of the women at the front were very kind and courteous, and the waiting area was cozy and calming. When I was called in to get X-rays and consult with the doctor I was pleasantly surprised to be seated in a small, clean, comfortable office. The doctor was wonderful, assuring me that I wouldn't feel a thing and that to my surprise, I only needed to part with 2 teeth, instead of the 4 I'd been dreading. From there everything went pretty quick and before I knew it I woke up absolutely fine, and relieved! I have two sisters who will likely be coming to see Dr. Greg when their time comes, and I will be sure to recommend the doctor and his practice to anyone I know in need of oral surgery. My 15 yr old son just had his 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Panossian. I was scared given how young he is but Dr. Panossian assured me he would recover well since the younger the better in terms of withstanding such procedures. Dr. Panossian was efficient, professional, funny, and made us feel very comfortable. I still cannot believe how smooth it all went. Dr. Panossian welcomed both my husband and I into the room and explained everything in advance, we then left the room and in 45 minutes it was over. My son experienced minimal pain, which we handled with ibuprofen since we had decided to avoid the prescription pain killers we were given. That would be my only complaint. We were sent home with a prescription for strong painkillers without any warning on the dangers of addiction, especially when it comes to teens. I knew better so I never considered giving him the prescription pain meds. My son was up and about wanting to go on with his normal activities a few hours after the surgery. It seemed unreal. We then went back a few days later for a check-up and everything was healing nicely. The dental assistant was super sweet and showed my son how to keep the incision cleaned with a very patient and caring disposition. I am beyond satisfied with everyone in Dr. Panossian's office and highly recommend them. read more

Dr. Panossian is an excellent oral surgeon who can extract a tooth without the patient realizing he is operating. I felt no pain nor discomfort throughout the procedure. Today, is the day after the extraction and I feel back to my normal safe as if nothing had transpired. Due to his reputation, we drove a total of 4 hours round trip to be seen by him and it was worth it. His staff is very accommodating and flexible with appointments and insurance issues. I went here with my 8 year old daughter 3 times (and about to go again) they were referred by her dentist, and they were amazing, the staff is cheerful and pleasant, the wait time has always been just minutes, the x-ray experience for my 8 year old a breeze the 3 times she had it done, and the dentist consult very laid back and I might even say fun. Dr. Panossian is amazing! I had an infected molar extracted by Dr. Panossian. I am terrified of any dental work but Dr. Panossian assured me I would not feel any pain, and he was right! Before he began, he patiently explained the procedure and what I would feel and hear. He was so fast, I continued sitting in the chair expecting more to happen when he was done. He definitely is a skilled professional with a calm and friendly demeanor. Tonianne helped me book my appointment and followed through with an accurate price of what it would cost me; Winnie, the friendly surgical assistant chatted with me while we waited for the "tooth" area to feel numb & there was one more girl with a great smile, who all made this stressful experience a positive one from start to finish I just wanted to thank you all!
