Jasmin walks your through every step and gives you ideas. You can pick between a cutting board, serving tray, coasters, or a large letter. We chose cutting f boards and you can even have it engraved. It was super fun and easy (Jasmin also makes sure you don't mess up if not she'll help fix it!). I recently attended the Indie Craft Bazaar at the historic War Memorial Auditorium, which has just undergone a multi-million-dollar renovation by the Florida Panthers. The venue--flexible enough to host concerts and large-scale events--was the perfect setting. The bazaar runs from 12-5 PM and features over 95 vendors, with free admission and parking. It's also very family-friendly. I had a great time browsing a wide variety of handmade, artisan, vintage, and locally made goods. There was everything from jewelry, live plants, and clothing to crystals, candles, bath products, accessories, stickers, crochet flowers, baked goods, and stationery. One standout for me was the upcycled concert T-shirts from Backstage Trends. They also offer fun extras like free swag bags for the first 100 guests, DIY activities, and food and drinks from The Federal. Plus, you can even go ice skating next door at the Baptist Health IcePlex. It's easy to pair the Indie Craft Bazaar with other activities in Holiday Park and make a full day of it. I was greeted quickly by one employee who walked away. However, another woman with short hair came up and asked if I had been in before. When I said I had not, she took me on a brief tour of the store, including pointing out the sake section and restroom. She even checked in with me when the original employee was struggling with a phone call and I was waiting to check out for some time. The store is laid out by yarn weight except for a separate baby yarn section. A lot of variety in all yarn weights and plenty of goodies to browse. Thankfully for my wallet I had to fit everything in a carry-on for the flight home so I just got yarn to start a quick project.
