Contacted Randy to get information on a parcel of land for sale and it immediately felt like buying…read morea used car from a car salesman. After receiving the information and contacting our realtor, we put an offer on the lot. Randy then had the nerve to get angry at us for contacting our own realtor. He tried calling and texting several times threatening to sue our realtor for basically taking his commission after his "efforts" helping us purchase this lot. There were no efforts whatsoever other than a simple phone call. Our offer was then sabotaged by Randy with the sellers and it never even went through. He is extremely rude and greedy trying to get the entire 6% commission from both the buying and selling end. He should not be in any people-business whatsoever. This parcel of land has been on the market for over 3 years and it's quite obvious why.

I…read moreasked them when I moved in, multiple times while I lived there to clean the horrifying carpet, it smelled fermented, and they kept putting me off and saying that they would talk to the property owner, now that I've moved out they charge me $150 to clean the carpet that I asked them to clean while I still lived there, so I can't give them a good score. They also said that there are more marks than normal wear and tear and charge $200 for it, I left the apartment in really good condition, very clean, except for the disgusting carpet that they left in there which I had to cover with rugs , and it still smelled. When I moved they tried to raise the rent on everyone in there to fix an issue with the driveway cement that if they had fixed it before it broke it would've cost them a lot less. We were driving over damaging our cars and then they want to charge us to fix it. I moved out as a result of the rate increase and the lack of trust that I had with a company after not getting the carpet cleaned at move in and new charges. Most people moved out after that. I thought I would stay if they cleaned or replaced the carpet because it would seem like it was worth the rate increase. They didn't do that and as I mentioned earlier charged me $150 to do it for someone else. So they did not move within integrity so their score is low. The property was very nice, especially downstairs where there was no carpet. RDS HOMES AND KEVO PROPERTIES was the property manager and Sebastian Square was the property.
