The first realtor we contacted severely misinforms us about our situations, and he puts us in contact with a sleazy and hostile loan officer. The second realtor did not provide us with any house to look at, and she was unreachable most of the time. We explained we were in a rush. Yet she took her time calling us back. The third realtor does not have time to pick up the phone and when he did was extremely disrespectful. I think we almost had PTSD from all these bad realtors. Mr. Richard is the complete opposite.
