If you need reasons, read on. He carefully listens to your needs and will look at 100 Plus houses - even days before closing if that is what you need. We did look at 100 houses. We looked at houses on Brandon's birthday and even on Christmas Eve. Brandon is careful to steer you away from pots buys and when you do find the right home will negotiate until it falls within your budget. The home he found for us (thank you Google maps for sending us to the wrong address) was not one we picked out as it was $50,000 over budget was so wonderful that it became the benchmark by which we judged all other homes. After looking at over 100 homes all across NE Georgia and nearly busting his transmission on a giant rock, he put in an offer on this amazing home that we could afford. And he got it! Amazing negotiator! After we purchased, he stayed with us through contractors (a nightmare) and helped us get projects completed and made sure we got moved in. He continues to be a close friend to both of us. As another note, he is the only other person I have met who works as hard as I do and he will answer texts at 3am if you send them at 3am. Barry insisted that they were in a drawer in the kitchen. Nope, not there. My concern is that it may have been taken by workers doing repairs in the house before I purchased it, allowing them access to the community and my townhouse. But Barry doesn't seem to care about that or about making sure I get these items. He also was slow to respond to questions/concerns during the purchase cycle. I would not want him as an agent.
