Then, over half an hour past their scheduled time, they let me know that they'd decided not to provide the service that they agreed to the day prior. It was a time-sensitive issue and they're last-minute flaking out caused me to look foolish when I then had to go back to other notaries that I had previously turned down, having booked Fast Ink. His question should have been asked BEFORE scheduling, not AFTER he was supposed to arrive. I was very clear in my request. I also appreciated how professional his first message to me was - he explained / requested all necessary information upfront and was very kind and cordial throughout. We scheduled an appointment a few days out and Everett was very accommodating, agreeing to meet me close to my home. When the actual appointment time came, Everett was actually caught up in another meeting across town and let me know he would be 45mins late. He was very professional and offered to reschedule for any other day/time that would be best for me, and he would be extending his notary services free of charge. I understand things like this can happen, and I really appreciated his transparency and professionalism. He was again very accommodating and flexible, and agreed to meet me the next day at the same location. He was there 20mins early and, as promised, offered his service pro bono, but we appreciated his efforts so much that we did end up paying him. All in all, Everett has great communication skills and he is honest and transparent. I highly recommend him!
