I called her multiple times and left messages asking her to return my call only to never get a call back. she took my money and is refusing to return my call. Don't hire DAnjel's Ramos to perform any kind of service unless you're prepared to not only lose your money but to start the process all over again. Make certain you are intentionally calling docs not legal or prepare for a condescending, self righteous miser educating you in the difference in business. Imagine my confusion. ABC legal...I mean come on how generic and lack of imagination was that to name your business? Why get snippy if someone calls the wrong place? I'm certain this guy isn't very productive or helpful. He's exhausted from redirecting calls all day.

When you enter the front door, you are always greeted and quickly helped. PostalAnnex is a family owned and operated business. Ken, is the friendly dad of the operation who employees son-in-law's and daughters. I always look for Brandon because he knows me by name (even with a mask on)! Shipping from here is made easier when you ship to the same addresses often. Those are stored in a secure system under your name (like your own personalized address book) so it's quick and easy to send subsequent packages. You do pay slightly more per services than if you go to the post office directly, but the customer service, and timely delivery of packages is worth it to me.
