What should've been a 2-3 hour day, turned into a 5 hour day. Super bummed out with the customer service and definitely do not recommend if you have a group over 5.

The two negatives: It was quiet when we arrived at ~9:45pm but at some point after 10pm we started hearing a lot of noise (neighbors moving around and talking). In the morning we could clearly hear somebody listening to a radio or tv. I didn't pay attention to the words but the noise was difficult to ignore. I don't think anyone was especially loud but it still sounded like they were almost in the same room. It was pretty difficult to lock the door from outside. We were fine locking it from inside the room but I definitely struggled outside. We only stayed one night, though, so it didn't really matter. Would I stay again? Probably. I'd try to bring some ear plugs, though.
