I received a flyer in the mail from this office in august. I called for a quote because my old insurance company raised my rates when I purchased a new car. They talked me into using the mile wide program since I don't drive often due to Covid. My sister moved to stay with me during covid, as one of many many college kids displaced because of the pandemic. She got a job but with no car I let her use mine, I felt to be honest I had better put her on my policy since she borrowed my car occasionally until we could get things figured out. When I called Greg white to ask to put her on The woman encouraged me to just leave her off stating she was covered. I felt uneasy about this and had them add her anyway. Now three months later my sister is not using my car and moving on mind you she is an adult 23 years old... I called Greg whites office to remove her from my insurance policy. Well, ( the woman) rudely argued with me because my sister is under 25 she can not be removed from my policy .... say what ? That's nonsense ... The woman continued to argue it's the rules of insurance. Then she changed her story ... well I can remove her but they must have proof my sister doesn't live at my address anymore? Y'all come on .... my sister is an adult of consenting age she is not my responsibility and she is not my child .... I was honest in the damn first place ! The woman argued defiantly insisting basically just too bad .... well I told her to cancel my insurance I will go else where.... quickly then she called me back and informed the Actually there was a simple exclusion form I could sign to remove my sister.... sorry you argued treated me like I was an idiot a d this isn't the first time ? .... I never was dishonest more cheated your system as you suggested.... y'all lost a customer and I will not ever be back and I will always share this horrible experience with everyone to not use your business !!! read more

I'm writing this review as a testament to how badly I was treated by Greg White and Allstate as a whole. I had 2 claims with these guys that have come to light 5 years later. Allstate failed to defend me, but were really good at defending themselves. Claim 1: A Nigerian guy was speeding up from behind and attempted to speed around my vehicle and back in front of me. He nearly hit the 18 wheeler in front of him in the lane to my right. He definitely hit my vehicle sending me through the lane barriers. He claimed it was my fault. Black cop, black driver, white victim. The Constable wrote the report in his favor and never mentioned the 18 wheeler. I was never given a copy of the report. He assailant admitted fault on an audio call, which Allstate later claimed wasn't evidence. Allstate hired, a now defunct, accident investigator to save them from paying out. Allstate charged that and the cost of the poles I was knocked through to my insurance. Allstate is criminal. Claim 2: A Hispanic guy sideswiped me in the rain while he was texting. He veered out of his lane and smacked the doors of my vehicle. He was towed for not having a driver's license. Black Constable, Hispanic assailant, white victim. The Constable told me it was my fault even though the evidence didn't corroborate his version of the story on an accident he never witnessed and wasn't qualified to speak upon. I took the Constable to court and won. Allstate never hired and accident investigator. Allstate was supposed to defend me and subrogate the assailants insurance. That never happened. Allstate is about Allstate. You are in the worst hands with them. I stand by my choice to move to Amica. I've been with them almost 7 years. I have never had and issue. In fact, they gave me pointers on how to reduce my premiums over a 1000 dollars. read more

Have been with Allstate now for 13 years, customer service is very poor. Changed my auto insurance after repeatedly asking for premium reduction. Never had an accident yet insurance premium kept climbing upwards. Found excellent car insurance rate elsewhere for 1/2 the price, Allstate called me immediately as to why didn't I alert them that I was shopping around. Reminded them that I have been asking for years to please work on our premium. They don't care to properly take care of their customer until you take your business elsewhere. Currently shopping for better premium for Homeowners' Insurance. Have had one 1 claim in over 13 years and they refuse to remove from our policy to prevent other Insurance providers from giving us a much better premium. Greg can become very aggressive and reluctant when it comes to accommodating better customer service. We were ripped off continuously year after year, we should have cancelled early. This is my first time ever calling Allstate Insurance Company Peggy there sales rep was wonderful very knowledgeable she gave me a lot of information that I need it to help me make a wise decision as to whether or not I wanted to leave my insurance company I've been with State Farm for over 11 years and I was just fed up with the way that they do things there's no customer loyalty but when I called State Farm they put my fears to rest and I decided to change my insurance company and go with State Farm I appreciate that Peggy took her time with me to help me understand everything and I'm looking forward to a long-lasting relationship with Allstate read more
