We learned after the fact that we had to get contractors to dig through their records 5 years ago to get the discount even though all the improvements to our home were permitted with the records freely available with city. They should have made sure the paperwork was good prior to taking our money. We certainly would have gone elsewhere and feel cheated. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and I would urge you to avoid this agency. We just want the issue to be done and to pay the price that was actually negotiated for and to receive one year of insurance for the money we've paid.

Members of the entire hail claim team were always courteous, pleasant to deal with and responded appropriately to my inquiries. They adjusted my payments (paid more) upon presentation of documents and information my roofer and I provided by E-mail. Did I get everything my roofer thought I was entitled to? No!
