Their fees for auto, jewelry and property were all lumped together so we didn't notice that they hadn't changed our renters insurance to homeowners. But when I called and asked for a credit because we couldn't have claimed anything even though we paid over $400 to them over 2 years because we had the wrong policy since moving, Jeremy laughed at me and spoke rudely saying, "You should've opened your mail!" He suggested that I was lying and never told them and even though I was polite, he continued to talk to me in a condescending sarcastic manner. Beyond that it was the first time in years I ever spoke to him because he's never there or doesn't answer his phone.
