He seemed agitated when I first met him to look at my gate. Later, after some back and forth text/email, we spoke on the phone and he spent much of it complaining about his sub-contractor and then threatening to not take this job because he was worried that we had a bad rapport based on the 15 minutes we spent together. I just want my gate fixed Sir. Harold then gave me an extremely high unofficial quote and I suggested we likely wouldn't fix it. Then I decided to file a claim with my insurance company and let Harold know we might indeed fix it. He tried to charge me $500 for a quote. Then he texted me a day later saying that he wasn't going to quote us at all because "we're not going to fix it."
