The Pancakes are delicious, they have to be tried to be believed, the menu is huge, you can have any kind of combination on your pancake and you can watch them being cooked which is a really nice touch. They do daily specials as well so it's not just pancakes, the specials are great home cooked meals and some delicious puddings. It's set in the grounds of Conwy Water Gardens so you look out onto the lake while you're eating, its a really peaceful place, it's lovely.

Finally, the waiter stared at me blankly when I asked for a pepper grinder.... If you're after breakfast go to Morrison's cafe down the road. It's of similar quality (not good) however it's cheaper.

I have lived here all my life, and I'm glad the new owners have decided to stay open throughout winter and not just cater for the tourists. Make sure you book a table as the only downside is the amount of tables! Only a small place, if it is sunny, you can sit outside right in front of the sea. Definitely worth a visit!

I wasn't ready for a full meal, but opted for what turned out to be probably the best dessert I've had since arriving in the United Kingdom a week prior. I ordered the berry and apple pie and one of the sisters recommended adding a hot creamy custard over the top. It was pure heaven along with a pot of traditional tea. They make all of their desserts from scratch, and make them with pride and great skill and elegance. This place is definitely a slice of heaven on earth, and a place not to overlook if you find yourself in the area.
