Greggs is a bakery company, a large chain in the UK, with many branches in Manchester including this city centre branch on Cross Street, opposite Motel One and Boots, also it is fairly close to various banks including TSB and Santander, and a Sainsbury's Local.
This branch is not the largest or most welcoming modern stores in the Greggs chain, it is accessed through a large step hence does not have access to wheelchairs or prams, no ramp available.
The staff here didn't seem very helpful, in fact they seemed a little rude and unwilling to engage in conversation or answer any questions I had, which was a shame.
There was a decent selection of prepared food such as sandwiches and some crisps on my visit.
I'm struggling to comment any further but mainly down to the nature of the store, the poor unwelcoming nature and unwelcoming rude staff, I sadly feel this branch of Greggs deserves a single one star. read more
