They are incredibly skilled, caring, mindful of patient needs and wellness, and most importantly - they are just good human beings who went into this field of work to truly help people. Their hygienists, assistants, and entire front desk staff are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I've referred many friends and some of my own patients to this practice, and they have always been incredibly satisfied. After waiting for two hours for the return call, I phoned them. I was told that they were too busy and to go to the ER for help. I did so and was told at Edward Hospital that they couldn't do anything and to see my dentist! Brammeier was not responsive when I needed emergency care because they were too busy. I am finding a new dentist. I suggest you do the same.
