Lots of inventory from watches to all kinds of jewelry; I can't imagine a person not being able to find what they're looking for there. I just went in for a watch battery. It was not only replaced in a few minutes, but for $8, a person couldn't ask for a fairer price than that. I'm relatively new to the area, and had probably driven by 1000 times before I knew they were there. A friend turned me on to Garon's, and said he's been going there for decades. I was as impressed by the store as I was with its owner and staff. Garon's will most definitely be my go-to place from here on out.

When I found a problem with my ring after purchase I mailed it to them and they fixed the problem at no cost. Considering this involved them actually replacing the diamond with a higher quality one, this is unheard of in modern business. Do not go to Jared, do not go to Zales, go here!

It has been the same owner for 23 years and they're still doing great work and giving amazing repair services, even sized my rings and added gold without leaving a mark. "kitchen table quality" is far from what you receive here. Yes it is a "mom and pop" shop, but I'd much rather leave my valuables in the hands of a honest man than one of these places that don't fix things in store.

He broke the needle 3-4 times and replaced the needle without showing me that the new needle was sterile. Afterward, he bandaged my leg and told me not to take it off for a week. I went home and did as instructed. Three days later, a sore appeared right below the tattoo. It was raised and red and hurt. Then the place sank in. Nothing ever came out of it. I had my tattoo on November 11, 2023. By January 1st, I was in the hospital with 103 degree fever. The doctor said that I had two types of strep in my blood. This led to a 5 day stay in the hospital... 5 days of missed work. I also had a dermal done and it came out ... bar and gem. I will NEVER go back. I am trying to sue.

He "tattooed" writing on my forearms from a picture I provided him. The letters are scribbled, there are extra lines in multiple spots, and none of the letters are consistent. Be careful working with this company, they are under new ownership. It is not the same Oz Jewelers…read more THEY LOST MY ACCENT RUBY, THEY CHIPPED MY RUBY, AND THE PRONG WORK IS AWFUL. I got my ring back a week ago and took it to different Jewelers in the surrounding area and all said, "the prong work leaves alot to be desired" - they were to replace a prong on my sapphire and tip the other 3. There are ripples in the tipped prongs and they are so bad the Jewelers reviewing it would not attempt to tell me which one was replaced. I have had this ring for over a decade, it is well loved and in sterling silver, which is soft but the sapphire is not centered. There is a huge gap and the stone is pushed to one side leaving it diagonal. There are several prongs on the accent setting that needs replacement, that was never even mentioned to me when I brought it in. This ring was giving to me by my father when I was 19, it was 1,000 almost 20 years ago, my father passed in January. There is no amount of money too great for this ring. I added photos so you can see how poorly this ring was done, every jeweler I've spoken with said they would not return my ring to me like this. The stone they lost, I went to pick up my ring and was told the jeweler forgot to put the stone in. Why was my ring not inspected before it was put in a bag as completed? The ruby was not in the bag and they only told me it was lost thr next day, because the color did not match and they had to order a new ruby. THE COLOR STILL DOES NOT MATCH! In the sun you can see how pink the stone is compared to the others. And the ruby below the ruby they replaced has been chipped in the same spot the prong lays on the stone they replaced. This ring is "well loved", it is almost 20 years old. But none of my stones were chipped when I brought it in. There was no mention of a chipped stone when it was brought in. I know there are no photos of a chipped stone because my stone WAS NOT CHIPPED! The prong that broke was on the opposite side of the ring. I've included a photo of how my ring looked before it was brought in. I am devastated this all happened. I'm angry how this was handled. Every jeweler was surprised this was Oz's work and so am I. I will be taking this as far as I can. I'm an accountant, I have money Melissa and the ring you messed up means more to me than you will ever know.

Dropped off my ring along…read morewith a replacement diamond to Oz and got a phone call the very next day that it was fixed and ready to pick up. He checked and replace all the prongs on all my diamonds because he noticed they were very worn (been on my finger for 30 years!) so he replace all 12 prongs as well as setting the new stone. And cleaned the ring too. I was overjoyed when I got it back because it literally looked brand new. All the scratches on the gold were buffed out and it looked fantastic. Price was extremely reasonable and the turn around time was phenomenal! Oz has been my families go to jeweler for 35 years. I can't imagine getting anything new or having a repair done anywhere but with him. The entire staff is absolutely awesome! Highly recommend Oz's jewelers for that special piece you're looking for. If he doesn't have it he will make it or find it..and everything is top quality!
