They are all very nice, and give good customer service, but I didn't receive great medical care, which is most important in the end. The dentists see you at your visit for 1-2 minutes at the most, barely even looking in your mouth. I finally had to blacklist one of the hygienists because she was giving me a cleaning that felt like a 5yo could do better. After being at this office for around 5yrs with no dental concerns, I started to wonder if they weren't looking close enough or I was doing that good of a job. But when I did bring a concern straight to my hygienist she brushed it off. So the next time I had a real concern, I called a different office to go to, instead. Turns out the concern I presented to my hygienist 6mo before that really was an issue. Thanks.

Simultaneously, they demanded I return for a second appointment due to my (non-existent) tardiness, as there was now no time to clean my teeth. I set an appointment ahead of time so when I arrived for the appointment I didn't have to wait too long to be seen which was nice. However, did take a minute after being seated in a private room to see the actual doctor. But I understood how busy it was. At the end of my exanimation, they told me I needed more work done. I needed three extractions and two fillings which I didn't deem unnecessary so I believed their diagnosis to be truthful. Plus they give you a receipt for your charges. And a free charge for your x-ray and exam. They set up my next appointment which was gonna be scheduled for the Oct 28th. My first appointment with them was on October 9th. I was a bit disappointed since the broken tooth I had was causing me a great deal of pain. The general manager there was very nice and helpful in letting me know if anyone else canceled they made sure to let me know so we could do the extractions sooner. Plus, the doctor who did my extractions was very nice and welcoming. She was very patient with me considering I'm a big baby when it comes to the dentist. Luckily, I got a call two or three days after my first appointment saying they could take me in on Oct 11th. So I was very fortunate that someone canceled and how fast they reached out to me to book me on that day. My extractions were painless and not as scary as I thought it was gonna be. Overall, I recommend coming here since the staff were nice and respectful.

Our…read moreexperiences have been pretty positive and they have worked with us on taking care of all our kids dental needs. The office staff have been friendly and upfront with costs. I do think when I read other posts that you do need to understand what they tell you are estimated costs but the insurance companies might push back on what's covered and that's out of their hands. Some research like making sure they are in network or out should be done by the customer and it's freely available on most insurance company websites.
