When questioned about it, he makes excuses, he blames other things or conditions on the reasons he can't or won't be able to deliver what the customer wants in a haircut. I am an older gentleman and like a regular, tapered mans haircut. One that has been the industry standard since the turn of the 19th century. I am very disappointed and I will not return!
