Richard answered my request very quickly and arrived on time. This had impressed me because other companies that I contacted never showed or dismissed my texts. But this company was very personable and professional. Whether by email or phone or text all my questions and needs were met. Upon first meeting put at ease with the friendliness. Quickly inspected the roof and then gave out a fair estimate. Ended up replacing the whole roof, some spots being soft, and also the roof had three layers of shingles where my Dad had previously tried to do it himself. The group of guys sent out were very professional and you could tell they enjoyed their job and were good hearted people. Everything was kept very clean and orderly while working. Not a word was said they just came and began and continued until done. Took about a day and a half. Afterwards cleaned up absolutely everything so that you'd never know they were there at all. This was my first time hiring a roof service and it impressed me very much. It was like they were ready to begin at first sight of my property. Worked hard from first light till dusk. I was given options before beginning on what style and color of roof to get. And upon completion was given a guarantee on their work. Too bad they only do roofs and also gutters because I'd enjoy working with them again! Excellent company!

They started on the fence and got not even 1/8th of it completed which took MONTHS. Additional months went by and they were very seldomly at our home to work on the projects. He got a little bit more done, and again, asked for another payment that was not listed in the series of payments within the contract we signed. We agreed anyway as he said he was going through some personal things and we were empathetic. We did this a few more times, and after each payment work would basically cease and we wouldn't hear from Zack for weeks, months sometimes, it became very concerning. We would reach out to him and it would take a few times (sometimes days/weeks) before we would hear back, only after we were obviously annoyed and/or angry at the lack of communication and untimeliness of work. We had a couple parties/family get togethers that we wanted the work completed by and he would promise us each time that it would be done for each event. However; it never was. Had we not been very understanding and patient people, we could have escalated the matter but we decided to be patient and understand everyone goes through things. After it was all said and done, our deck and fence were completed almost a year after it was started, with the estimate being within a month. He was hard to reach, except if he was requesting payment and then he wanted it right then. Work was never consistent, his help varied and seemed to have a lot of guys who would start and then be gone within a couple weeks. One of the crew guys told us he wasn't getting paid so he would only spend a couple hours working and then leave. Zack was hardly ever at our home working, always other workers. How it was possible his employee wasn't being compensated was astounding, given the fact we had recently submitted a large payment to Zach. Additionally, each time he asked for payment it was an array of different methods and that was worrisome. We did Venmo a couple times, but to different individuals each time. Nothing about the experience was consistent or felt comfortable. I would not recommend them, I would even warn others from hiring them for any type of work.

So my neighbor was using these guys and I caught them while they were doing his yard trimming to…read moresee if they could get some work done in my yard as well. They got it done that day for a very reasonable price. Fast forward 3 hours...massive storm rolls through and lightning strikes one of the trees they don't work on. So now I have a massive felled tree in my backyard that I have to clear before a birthday party this weekend. They came by the next day and worked the whole day in the pouring rain to get this tree out of my yard. professional, thorough, and did an excellent job. They even fluffed the grass back up at the end of the day that had been tracked down over the course of getting the tree out. Will hire again for most of my home needs that I don't want to or am unable to do.
