After a week and 2 calls to them, they said they got the part and would be back out. On the schedule day/time...No show, no call. They did come on the rescheduled day and put in the part. They also said the drain hose needed to be replaced but when it started giving us trouble, they would come back and change it for $75, just the part. After paying $365, we ran the dishwasher 2 times and it was evident it was still not fixed. They came out again and said it was the computer board. Again, needed to be ordered and would cost another $300. Although we contemplated just getting a new one, since we already sunk in the $365, we figured with the $300 we would have a pretty new dishwasher. Since they were coming back I asked if he would replace the drain hose and he said "yes Ma'am". They came, they put in the new parts and drain hose and left with my check for $300. We ran the dishwasher again and you guessed it...not fixed. We stopped payment on the check and called and advised them. They offered to come again but at this point it was clear they did not really know what they were doing. We bought a new dishwasher. Add the almost $400 we gave Patriots, it was a very expensive lesson. Oh, and when the replacement was done...no new drain hose. An out and out lie that it was replaced. I wish I had seen the review on Yelp (1 star) but I just read the ones on Next Door which were good. Lessoned learned. Although in conversations, they were very nice and talked as if they knew what they were doing but unfortunately, they clearly did not. Save yourself 1 1/2 month of time without your appliance and $$$ and call someone else!

Ayers Electrical was called to look at our ac unit. They were here very next day, wasnt an…read moreemergency. After accessing our old unit Kirk, owner, gaves us the news with options. He could repair the unit, about $1800 however our unit still used the R22 , which is being phased out. This could not be warranted as the unit is old but that is an option . The other option was to get a new unit which we chose. He gave us a heck of a price. He and Courtney did an excellent ​ job​. The install went in flawlessly. I appreciate that they picked everything up when they were done, left it as they found it. Kirk followed up the next day. Also said he will be out in about a week to check the system again. We have a new unit w/ warranty for an awesome price and GREAT customer service!!! We would highly recommend this company!
