Despite leaving a polite voicemail and follow-up texts, I was completely ghosted -- no call, no show for the appointment, no explanation. Zero communication. This kind of behavior is unprofessional, disrespectful of people's time, and reflects very poorly on how they handle customers. Ghosting clients is simply unacceptable and should not be tolerated in our community. I am posting this review as a warning to others -- we all deserve reliable service and basic courtesy. I have no idea why i was ghosted as my neighbor highly recommended him.

I paid Ed Favor $240 over the course of 2 weeks, and not a single conclusion was reached for my…read morerefrigerator problem. It's obvious he doesn't know what he's doing. He came out for the first time on May 18th, where we paid $100 for the trip charge, only for him to tell me that my freezer was frozen and it should be fine by tomorrow after he unplugs it. The "unplug method" did not fix the problem and we called him the next week to let him know that it had not resolved the issue. When we called him, he made my husband reiterate the entire issue to him again because he didn't remember it and acted like he had no idea who we were. So, after his memory is jogged, he comes back out on May 30th, and decides we need a part. We pay him $140 ($100 for the trip charge and $40 for the part) he replaces the part. No resolution to my issue and he then tells me that he has to order a whole other part. It's October, I've never heard from him again. I have the cash app receipts and texts to prove my communications with him. Don't waste your time with this guy!
