Communication was poor and condescending. The lanai concrete is already cracking, it's unlevel, doesn't drain properly and the paint coating is already marking up. And it's only been 5 months! They also got concrete all over the pool tiles, concrete powder by the shovel-full IN the pool and concrete powder all over the cage screens. AND they got concrete crap all in my grass. If you need concrete work of any kind, do not call Chip. What a disaster and a disrespectful waste of my very hard-earned $6,000
