Making an appointment with him is as difficult as trying to get his staff to submit your dental services to insurance company correctly. (Sometimes the "forget") The past couple of years, we've had many issues with incorrect billing and it's probably because he has a high turn around rate with his staff. The blonde receptionist that quit was as rude as can be every time you engaged with her. The last time I was getting my teeth cleaned, I was getting my teeth polished and the Asian dental hygienist pictured in the yelp profile was talking shit about my mom, TO ME. She also talks with a lisp with them in. We jumped through every hoop they asked us to jump through for months to "fix them". They were still too big and didn't stay in. She cannot use them. Every time they said they would call, they did not call. I would receive a text or email several days later, or nothing at all. We waited for over a month before I called and followed up on a product they claimed would work to make the dentures fit correctly. We asked the dentures to be remade, and instead they sent me a referral to a different dentist. I was a patient for 20 years. They are in it for the money, not to help you. I had also sent them one of my coworkers for implants, and they completely mess up his dental work as well. I suggest you look elsewhere for a better dental team.

I have met with a few dentists over the years only to flee their office before I could even be fully examined. I have huge issues with laying down in vulnerable positions or being touched by strangers. My teeth were in very poor shape by the time I finally steeled myself to try once more at Jackson Family Dentistry. The staff was so kind, understanding, and gentle. They did everything to put me at ease for my exam. Dr Kowalski was the first Dentist I have felt comfortable with in 20 years! He managed my ptsd with respect and compassion, and removed my wisdom teeth so gently and quickly. I had almost no pain in the recovery. His kindness, professionalism, and skilled, gentle hands provided me with the assurance and trust I needed to go back in for the major dental work, including 4 crowns and a root canal. These were separated into 3 almost 3 hour appointments. Because of Dr Kowalski and his incredible bedside manner and tremendous skill, I have been able to receive the dental care I have needed for TWENTY years. Let me make clear, I do not have dental phobia. I have severe PTSD which was making it impossible to lay down in a dental chair. This man went above and beyond to create a space of trust and security so I could get through my treatments. I NEVER in my life thought that could be possible. His work is flawless, my crowns look amazing, and he did it all without putting me through any more trauma. I do not have dental insurance and his team offers a significant discount when paying out of pocket! If you are a soldier or anyone suffering from PTSD, I highly recommend Dr. Kowalski. He has been the first dentist to gain my trust and I would be walking around with very unhealthy teeth without him. This man is truly a blessing and has the skill to take care of you without excessive pain or complications after surgery. I was shocked how little pain I was in in the days following each procedure. This is a small operation with a hygienist (Debbie), receptionist, and dentist Dr. Bolan. Everyone is nice. It is a very relaxed atmosphere. Debbie is very sweet and gentle on your teeth. The dentist listened to my concerns and offered suggestions. I have been twice every year since 2011, and I really like the small office environment. They treat you like a person, not a customer.

I am impressed he's installing a clean air leaf filtration system that cleans the air every 8 minutes, really seems Dr. G is taking huge steps to make sure that the office is staying safe as possible. Have worked in Dental before has made me very picky about my teeth and unfortunately I had a bad fall where I had lost two and have two that need root canals, he has never made me feel bad about myself and is helping me get a realistic treatment plan together. His staff is highly qualified, most are in school themselves for Dental.
