I'd give zero stars if I could. I walked in got my cleaning and at the end i was told my insurance didn't cover the fluoride so i could pay for it out of pocket if i wanted. I respectfully declined and went on with the appt. I went in for cavity and jaw pain on my right side. X-rays were taken, and "tests" were given. Dr. Grewal knocked on my teeth with a metal rod (the tooth that was very painful) and then proceeded to grab a clear tube that looked like a needle. I was not there for anything that required a needle so i asked what it was. i was ignored multiple times. She then shoved a piece of gauze in my mouth holding my head back to the chair and i tried turning my head to ask again what it was and she responded with "it's cold". I'm sorry but COLD doesn't come in tube form. She proceeds to DROP THE TUBE ONTO THE FLOOR!!!!!! SHE DIDNT EVEN WIPE IT OFF AND STARTED RUBBING IT ONTO THE CAVITY FILLED TOOTH. THE FLOOOR!!!! WHERE OTHER PEOPLES SHOES AND MOUTH GUNK WAS ALL OVER!! I was pissed so i left, she recommended that i do salt water rinses and that she will fill a random other cavity in my mouth but not the one i went there for, even tho this tooth has been a "problem" in my chart since 2021! oh, and don't let me forget to pay $350 for a night guard that i don't even need but was recommended to me (: and to buy new tooth paste because that will fix my CAVITY. Holding me to the chair is WILD. THE FLOOR TUBE, EVEN MORE WILD. NOT TELLING ME WHAT YOURE PUTTING IN MYYYYY MOUTH IS CRAZYYYYYY! side note, the walls were covered in water drips so iknow that floor couldn't have been any better. To the hygienist that asked if she should get a new mysterious tube, good for you but push harder next time. It is a scam dentistry office whose main goal is talking you into thousands of dollars of procedures that were never recommended by previous dentists. I would give 0 if I could. Stay away. read more

I am still dealing with a filling I received several years ago from here. I've had constant pain even after my new dentist placed a crown to try and correct the shoddy work. I haven't had a single filling done since switching dentists, and in the short amount of time I was with Grewal, I had over 4. The women who worked upfront were also rude and would change appointment times without informing. The dental hygienists were lovely and I hope they moved on. I'm unsure as to why there hasn't been a lawsuit yet. read more

This place doesn't deserve a single star . This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. The dental hygienist were incredible. The doctor, I'm assuming Dr. Grewal was terrible and along with Tatum the receptionist. Dr. Grewal never once introduced herself to me. I went in for a broken tooth that was being pulled. During the extraction Dr. Grewal kept repeatedly asking me to open wider. My mouth is very small. The hygienist told her this. Dr. Grewal tore the side of my mouth open and left a ver visible and painful sore in the side of my mouth. During the extraction she left, actually walked away said nothing while I sat there bleeding with half my tooth out. She proceeded to see two other clients while I sat with blood pouring down my throat and face. Approximately 25-30mins. When she returned she said not one word to me. She proceeded to pull my tooth which exploded in my mouth. Once my tooth was out she said nothing and walked away. The hygienist cleaned me up. I ended up with an infection and dry socket. When I called the office I was told they were going to be out and couldn't see me, but would call in an antibiotic. This was a Thursday. The antibiotic was never called in. I was seen in urgent care twice and put on two different antibiotics along with pain medication. On Monday I called the office and Tatum the receptionist lied about calling in the antibiotic. When Dr.Grewals office finally did call an antibiotic in, it was for one I'm allergic to. Below is a picture of one of the many shards of tooth still coming out from the extraction site. This piece inparticular was stuck in my gum and has left a hole. I'm two weeks post op and below on the gauze are more slivers of my tooth that was pulled that have come out of the extraction site. I'm finally getting some pain relief. read more

Awful. I'm young and haven't been to many dentists so when I was going there I thought my care was just "ok" but I was lead to believe that they had my best interest at heart. They told me I had multiple cavities (I have previously only had 1 small one my entire life), they told me I had teeth that were in bad shape, and was borderline into having gingivitis. As a young woman I was mortified and was thinking that I was doing enough to keep my teeth healthy (even though I had always done my best to do so). So, 6 fillings later (1 of which still gives me pain to this day) I thought I was done repairing my teeth but they had told me that additionally I would Have to do a "deep cleaning" since my teeth were so bad that would cost a couple hundred more. Long story short, I had to move across the country therefore getting a new dentist that charged HALF what they did, gave me options for preventative care (Grewal didn't), took x rays and did a cleaning and said my teeth and gums were in great shape and I had no cavities formed (Grewal said I had multiple teeth that needed to be "watched"), AND talked to me about a payment plan that was EXTREMELY manageable on a tight budget to have my top teeth straightened with invisiline (which Grewal quoted me at 4x that price and for regular traditional braces). I am appalled now at the horrible care I got there and I'm so upset that I didn't realize that they were just trying to shake as much money out of me as possible even though I'm a struggling 25 year old that was trying to even just pay the bills. I'm so relieved I found a dentist that actually cares about my health and doesn't convince me my teeth are in horrible shape just to do multiple unnecessary and painful procedures for more money. So if you're reading this, do yourself a favor and stay away from this place, all they want is a fat paycheck. read more

Been coming here for about a year now. Unfortunately, I hadn't been keeping up with my dental visits because of insurance. Now that I have dental insurance, I've caught up on multiple fillings, a root canal, and my regularly scheduled cleanings. Everyone in the office is extremely nice. This women missed my nerve in numbing and proceeded to ignore me telling her that I was NOT numb enough, I could feel the ice cold water they sprayed all over my very painful infected tooth. She then broke off a huge chunk and told me to "not scream". she then said that she cannot do this and ended the vist. My jaw and face are in such pain and she left me with a huge broke tooth where she took part of it off and left the rest. When i asked her what she was going to do to fix this she told me i could take Ibprofen. So here i am with a broken, horribly painful tooth that she just pulled and sprayed cold water on and she has the nerve to tell me that we couldt pull the tooth because "my pain tolerance is too low" (untrute) she simply failed to numb the tooth enough and should have done SOMeTHING, anything, to seal up the busted tooth so i could see a surgeron tomorrow. This place is a joke and i dont even have the time to tell you the rest of this joke of a visit. I am seriously calling someone to make sure this place even is licenced thats how grossly unprofessional and incompetent this office was. read more

I went to Dr. Grewal summer 2014 after she sent me a coupon in the mail. She was very rough with my exam and caused me alot of discomfort, even though I have very good not sensitive teeth. She told me I had 9 cavities and that it would cost me over $1000 to get all the work I needed, and tried to put me on a payment plan. I went to get a second opinion from another dentist, where I got x rays and a cleaning/checkup and he told me I have NO cavites. Glad I checked before spending all that $ and ruining my teeth. She is incredibly unethical, only out to increase sales and cares nothing for patients actaul health. BEWARE!!! read more

She is painful, impatient, and filled cavities that I did not have. She then drilled one tooth so deep that I will need a root canal to stop the nerve pain. X-rays were blurry. Maybe some day she will be a good dentist if she learns these things. read more

Grewal is the worst dentist I have ever encountered. She has no compassion for patients and cannot convey basic information. She will waste a half hour scolding a patient for not doing something she never said to do. If you value you mouth go elsewhere. read more

This place is all about the money. I had been going to Grewal Dental for about 4 years and never missed an appointment. Today I showed up for an appointment scheduled 6 mo ago to find it had been "deleted". When I asked for an explanation I was told they were not able to confirm the appointment so they cancelled it. In the past they have contacted me by mail and phone but for this appointment for some reason, they did not use those resources. I have had similar experiences like the review from 10/24/18. I was told I would need expensive dental care due to the horrible condition of my teeth. Note that since I was a teenager I have gone to the dentist consistently every 6 mo and always told by previous dentists that I had beautiful teeth; but I believed them. In addition, at 17, my son was told he needed and had a root canal. I have had more "work" done in the last 4 years than I had in 30 previous years. Today's event is blessing in disguise as I terminated my family's dental care with them and now look forward to finding a more reputable dentist. read more

I got delayed reaching in time for my appointment. So I had to wait for some extra time but they fit me in their schedules. Dr. Grewal is awesome. She's patient, and just a great overall dentist. She seems very detailed when cleaning every tooth unlike some other places that I have seen. read more
