MSW took over the local garbage pickup route after the local service went out of business. Despite this they were unable to find our garbage after 4 weeks and 5 phone calls to try to clarify where our address was. The person on the phone was too busy talking and spewing pat garbage about their service practices to listen to me tell them exactly where we were located. Not impressed with their take over of the prior very good service, their customer service. Even though they never picked up my garbage one time they said that they were unable to give me a full refund. What a poor business model
