Went to this store and when i walked in the door I…read morerealized I left my wallet at home. i told the young man at the counter my name and just as he started to turn to go look for my order an older woman came from an aisle and said I need my order number or I couldn't get my order even though I told her how much I paid, what the order was, my name and when I ordered them. I asked her if she was really going to make me go all the way home to get my wallet, as if someone was lurking around the corner to steal my $93 worth of shock absorbers and she told me yes. So, I went home and got my wallet and returned to the store. There was one person in front of me, he came walking up to the counter just as I walked in the door. He put a few items on the counter where the young man was working, the woman was no where in sight at the time. The gentleman told the young man, just as she walked from the aisle, that he had an order waiting for him also. He asked his name, was told his name, never asked for ID and went around the corner and gave him his order without a problem. Well, I got the luck of the draw and she asked to help me at her counter/station. I asked for a refund at that point as I was pretty po'ed that I had to go back into the city to get my ID when this other person walked in and got his no questions asked. Maybe it was because when I walked in with my buddy I put my hand into my back pocket and realized I didn't have my wallet and said it aloud or maybe she was having a bad day or maybe she just wanted to assert some misdirected fake authority. Maybe she is friends with my ex...who knows. I usually go to a different store but ordering online they won't allow you to have the parts shipped to the store you want. Anyways, customer service at this location is lacking severely and they lost a Customer today. I own a small fleet of vehicles, 5 vans and 2 cars. Guess they just don't need the money that bad. That are quick and inexpensive. Having been in the business of drive train repair for a wicked long (not sure how long) time, they have got it together, man. Five stars well deserved! Pros: on-point, swift service. Low cost. Cons: no good wait area. Shop is not set up for patrons to have service while you wait. You have to drop off and pick up only.

Was super easy to call and get an appointment to get my car inspected within a week. It is a bit…read moretricky to find because the entrance is not on Broad St (which is the street address), so I do recommend doing a little google street view exploration beforehand! On the day of my appointment, I just dropped my car off and left. They called a few hours later to let me know it was ready and didn't need anything done. Found them to be honest and prices were great. Will be my go-to in the future.
