We ordered a flight and sat down at a picnic table with a crokinole board on it. We finished the flight quickly, as every single beer was excellent in it. Have you ever had a flight where you liked every single one? Of course you haven't. That's impossible. But every beer was distinct and great. We made our choices and ordered our favourites in pint form, then in tallboy and giant can form for home. Although I feel for this small business, $8/can is completely cost prohibitive. Their Pints ($12)/Flights ($15/4 x 2oz glasses), although on the "higher-end" is inline with other bigger city breweries. Not sure how they keep these prices within normal range while their cans are about twice that of LCBO/Beer Store! I don't know whether to feel bad or complain about this pricing, but I'm sure they already know the general sentiment about this. One thing that I MUST complain about is that they offer a store discount if you subscribe to their newsletter off their website. However, there's very, very little available online as most of their items seem to be "sold out". Not a great impression on that offer.

They are only open saturdays from 11-6. I was able to try the beers before I purchased. The beers are definitely more expensive than your average beer. I found the prices a bit high but as a craft beer lover you'll understand after seeing the small brewery, you're getting small batched beers from a company thats starting out. I'd definitely go back! But truly, this restaurant is trying hard to get back to its former glory and I'd say they're now there. The menu is creative and out of the ordinary, the atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant and the food is very good - and this review is coming from a foodie who's eaten in many Michelin starred restaurants and at least 4 that were in the list of top 100 in the world, including number one. Mudtown Station deserves a visit. I'd give it a 4.5 if that was an option.

The server even mentioned that she had accidentally undercharged us, so we ended up paying more than we expected. The pricing wasn't clearly explained, which could easily catch travellers off guard.
