He is a true craftsman -- he takes his work so seriously. He looks at all of the angles, takes so much pride in his work and just does an all around amazing job. And his team always takes good care of the house. As all construction, you will need to negotiate to get the most cost to value. (2) the framing around the fireplace floor - we had a new facade placed in, but the framing was not done (leaving a gap between the floor and the fireplace tiling).
