When I was thinking of doing the same project I had gotten few recommendations from work too. I had gotten a number of quotes, but Samuel who came to give me a quote had walked me through how they would address some of the stucco issues from the get go. He patiently explained the steps and what to expect. I selected him despite some competitive quotes and I am glad I made that choice. As the project progressed, I noticed minor blemishes on a door that was being finished and asked the painter to ensure he addresses this. For sure he did, he stripped the paint that he had put on few hours earlier do to the bare wood and undercoat then repainted it to ensure it was blemish free. Throughout the project they had carefully prepared the ground with covering to avoid any paint spills on the floor. They worked an unexpected level of detail, including picking up a new side door and installing it too. Yes, they cleaned up each day and all in all did a fantastic job.
