I would not recommend these guys for wallpaper installation. Since many of the reviews talk about J&L having problems with wallpaper fit, and visible gaps, etc., I requested one of the installers came out to measure before I ordered the wallpaper. They sent a very junior guy out to measure and he made a lot of mistakes, like measuring the wall from the baseboards and not noticing a big expansion in the room. No wonder other reviews mention mistakes on fit of the wallpaper, such as being too short and having visible gaps. Also they ask for a deposit before me having a chance to meet the installers. Finally, Luis sent a last-minute same-day cancellation. So shoddy prep work and shoddy manners. read more

Gary came to do our wall and he was super pleasant and did a great job. He had trouble finding parking in our neighborhood (sorry Gary!) and Luis communicated about it every step of the way so we knew what to expect.
