They gave me some metal roofing samples and we set up a time and date for a in home visit and quote. That day came and went without a phone call or a visitor. I left a message at their office (859) 333-3021 Another week or so went by and still no response. I got tired of the samples so I decided to take them back. I informed the head honcho of what went down and he asked for another chance and told me that the gentleman in I talked to was now in Florida. This head honcho said that their head employee would be there by 9 or 10 am. That day I got a call at 9:45 am and honcho said head employee was previously scheduled and he couldn't reschedule my but honcho said head employee would be there the next day with a crew. You guessed it, No show, No call. I left message a few times and after a month honcho responde to a text stating life happens (sickness, stuff like that). I figured since he responded to my text he would call me the next business day that he said he would be in the office, but nope. Till this day no one has texted me nor called me and my projects wait because no one wants to make good on their word or work. No they are not the first company to do a no show, in fact there has been at least five but they are the only ones that broke their word multiple times. Past companies just ignore my messages.
