Bus arrived and departed timely, drivers carefully loaded and unloaded luggage from baggage area of coach. Drivers gave announcements along the drive. The seats were unexpectedly comfortable and the coach smelled clean. Tipped both directions. Lost one star for not having enough ride times available for the early morning December flight. We had to ride the night before and get a hotel room to accommodate the flight departure time. Hopefully this has improved. I'd be willing to pay a little more for "off" hours to help compensate for lower ridership, as it would likely still be cheaper than having to get a hotel room. Overall: a good experience. I've already recommended this airport to airport service to others and I plan to utilize again with future needs.

Random rules for different people. This is the last time I'm giving them my money. 8:05 departure when a 7:30 was scheduled? Unacceptable. I've missed this shuttle before and caught the next one. When I called to book I mentioned 4 people and the woman said we'd need _____ as a vehicle. I don't know what their vehicles are so I don't know what that means. We've always had the same car pick us up, even when there were 4 of us. We've never needed any particular type of taxi vehicle as we've ridden in both conventional taxis or minivan taxis. A towncar would have been fine as well, as we've done that as a family. They showed up on time (as always) in a giant SUV. As someone with a bum knee and auto immune issues which can make me really stiff, it was actually difficult to climb in and out of. We got to the airport in a matter of minutes as it was a 2.6 mile trip. I almost choked when he quoted me $60. We usually paid about $20-$23 and that was when we lived across town (8 miles) from the airport. The driver indicated that's their minimum charge now. I don't know if we were being hustled or what, but I would never intend to again pay $60 + tip for a 5 minute ride. I don't know if that charge was higher because of the SUV or what. Would not use again at those rates and would suggest if you are booking you confirm the rate. Evergreen had always been about the same as every other service so it didn't cross my mind to confirm a price, especially with us being so close to the airport.

Via text, I was informed of the pick-up time/date, the flat rate, and confirmed we wanted to book the shuttle. They asked for my pick up address and name to confirm my reservation, which I did. I then also verified my pick-up time and date. The next morning, no shuttle arrived. I reached out to the company multiple times and they did not respond, while my sister became more and more nervous about missing her flight. Eventually, at 4:30am, I had to spend several hours driving my sister to YVR and then had to go to work in the morning on a couple hours' sleep. I still have not heard a peep from the company. Do not rely on this company if you're in a tight spot - better to pay $150 for a cab that actually arrives than $120 for a shuttle that will ghost you when you need them. The positive reviews are short and suspicious whereas the detailed reviews are stories like mine. Scam!

The new driver was quiet but did not seem to know much about his job and the original driver kept calling him. It was unnerving and stupid and I will never use this service againnnnnnnnnnn. How could he concentrate on driving all these people when he is talking and talking and talking and talking. Truly do you think this was professional at all?
