I arrived here at about 3:15 am for the 3:27 am train from Lincoln to Omaha. This is the only time this train goes here Eastward each day. Before I left my hotel, I checked and it said the train won't be here till 3:47 am. I had to walk 2.5 miles to get here. So better to be early than late! About halfway here, my app told me the train will be here at 4:20 am due to delays. It is expected as this train comes all the way from California. It's always exciting going on a new adventure! Omaha, here I come!

What was a grand old station was morphed into a station worthy of a Greyhound station of the '70s less the 25 cent per 15 minute televisions. The new station is 3-4 blocks away from the old station. Even the tracks were relocated to make way for the edipus of busker fandom. There is nothing fancy about this station. There is ample parking nearby for outrageous prices and one shudders at the thought of pricing if you are traveling while a home game occurs. There is no wifi, no vending, the restrooms are clean. But beware of the timing of the train. Towards Chicago, it's supposed to arrive at 3AM ish. And can be late, periodically. For this reviewer, it seems to be 8 out of 10 times. Today departure will be about 6 AM. My advice, go to bed early, check location of train at midnight and adjust accordingly. This is not a station that is friendly for waiting 2-4 hours in.... I miss the old station and the days the California Zephyr arrived in Lincoln at midnight. You could have a beer or two at the sidetrack tavern and run out (tab paid, of course) when the train arrived and have a nice nap on the way to Chicago.

Good customer service starts with communication, and it was disappointing to be completely ignored despite making reasonable efforts to reach the company. Whether they were unavailable or simply chose not to respond, the lack of communication made it impossible to do business with them. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone who expects timely and professional customer service.

Can't be trusted. I had used him a few times for medical appointments and he was always great…read more About three or four weeks ago I had a time call for him for the next morning. He assured me he would be there, and he was always good about that in the past. But this time he never showed. He didn't even call, just didn't show up. Because of that I missed my appointment, which was to check the incision on the back of my neck from a recent surgery. Since I missed the appointment I did not know that the incision had become infected, since I couldn't see it. I ended up in the hospital for five nights and had to have another surgery to control the infection and am still on drugs to control it. If he had called I could have taken an Uber and the infection would have been found before it got this bad. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY!
