Where does the Z even go? Who knows because I surely don't. This bus terminal has elevators & escalators for anyone that has a disability, carrying luggage or has a stroller in tow. The buses at this terminal consist of the: Q4, Q5, Q6, Q8, Q9 Q20A, Q20B, Q24 Q25 Q30 Q31, Q34, Q41, Q42, Q44, Q54, Q56, Q65, Q83, Q84, Q85, Q110, Q111, Q112, Q113 & the N4. The Q5 is the worst bus to catch. It runs infrequently leaving you waiting at the terminal trying to figure why they've posted a bus schedule if the bus drivers do not adhere to it. The lines are super long so try to be the first 5 people waiting for the bus (& that's for all of the buses at this station especially the Q5 local/limited & the Q85 local/limited). Be careful because if you're in the front of the line you'll see people hanging around to try to blend in to cut in front of you. Although they see a line (long or short) they'll cut just because they are rude with no manners. The elderly ain't no better!!! They think they have the right a way because they're old. Honestly, I could care less. You're suppose to get wiser & be mature as you age. These fools will walk with a cane & then fold it up & run for the bus. They'll even catch an attitude with you if you don't let them cut in front of you. Don't get me wrong if you ask politely I'll let you cut but if you demand it you'll be waiting behind me. Let the person after me allow you to skip.

He scanned our ticket and we boarded. The bus was pretty full, so we ended up sitting separately. The above head storage bins are kind of tight, so I had to take something out of my over stuffed backpack to manage to wiggle it in. While my purse sat on my lap. I liked the foot rest and the hook on the handle on the seat in front of me. Trash bags were hung here and there. Looks like they also provided small bottles of water for us, though we had to grab those ourselves. The electric plugs didn't seem to work, but perhaps the ubs plugs in the ceiling did. Our driver was a great communicator. He set expectations so we knew that we had a 20 min rest stop before arriving at Baltimore, and pointed out things to help us to pay attention and to get back to the right bus. He warned us that given current construction that we were sure to arrive later than what our tickets said, and gave us his best eta given the circumstances. Another passenger later commented that the bus bathroom was clean. We kind of ended up being dropped off on a brightly painted bridge in the middle of no where - perhaps on Maryland Ave?, by a bus stop. A short walk from Penn Station.

When we contacted customer service, we were told the bus had already left at 7:47 PM, which is simply not consistent with what we experienced. Instead of investigating the situation or showing any empathy, customer service insisted the bus had departed and refused to offer a refund or any meaningful resolution. It's extremely frustrating to be told we missed a bus that never appeared while we were waiting at the designated pickup location. Reliable service and responsive customer support are essential for travelers. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service and hope the company improves both its bus tracking and customer service processes.

I am not a daily commuter but good to know that this is the last stop of Queens route for the N22 bus that I normally ride in to going to work (Long Island) during emergency times. The center has eateries, stores and shops that can be useful during waiting time. An easy walk to main avenues of Jamaica area.

Every few steps you'll see a random piece of paper or some kind of used tissue. I am not saying it is 100% spotless but definitely not the dirtiest either. Not sure if I was expecting garbage to be littered everywhere or something. On the bright side, I peer from the corner of my eye and see that there are the women's and men's restrooms. Now, don't be expecting these restrooms to be too clean though (iykyk). Definitely do consider yourself to be lucky if you still happen to see some toilet paper left over in your stall and the toilet seat to be free of pee stains. The inside of the E trains is surprisingly clean. Can also say the same for the inside of the J/Z trains as nonelook too shabby either. The platforms for E/J/Z trains look spotless. Besides its sorta new looking signage, the only other uplifting thing is the vibrant center art-piece plastered on the wall. It's a bit out of place but in a positive way. As you can see from the rest of the dull-scheme station, it looks awfully sharp especially how new and colorful it seems. The flash of color brings/pops out a distinctive, outstanding comparison.

Try 1993 when I moved out of NYC. When I came back a decade later I was driving. So I looked around and saw a whole heap of stairs and an escalater coming up. "Say my man, is there an elevator." I had to use my street vernacular, I still got it! He directed me across the street. I'm now in the train station , I confidently hopped on the first escalator, I went down to the wrong level and had to come back up to the second level. Of course asking for assistance. I don't normally take the bus and I haven't taken the Q77 in years but, after watching 4 Q77 buses…read morego by before one actually pulled into the terminal was, disheartening. The transit app never updated to show that the actual bus that would pull in was 25 min away. The app stayed at 4 min. Most if not all the businesses at the terminal are closed or just inaccessible. If you know Brooklyn prior to the Barclays, you'll recognize this as one of the precursor of gentrification.

Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer.
