It is in need of some serious renovation. The men's toilet is so nasty that a blowtorch may not be able to sanitize the thing completely. The machine that adds value to cards was not working. All the outlets are locked and have apparently been that way for years. On the plus side, the staff were very helpful. The outside is a lot better. The system itself is very nice although the town seems to close in on itself during the weekends. The buses are in good condition and are pleasant to ride (for a $1.25 per trip!).

The pickup from our flight at return was effortless as well. They knew our flight number and texted us when the plane landed. They got me the transportation, and the whole time, the driver was telling me that the only reason I was getting a ride was because he was already driving out my way to bring someone else (also impoverished) home. I live very far away and no one said anything about charging me per mile and me owing for the ride. In fact, the driver made it seem like they were all so graciously doing a free service. There was no mention of charging me per mile or any of that. If I would have known what they were up to, I would have begged someone else to pick me up. The only reason I didn't was because the hospital and cab driver acted like it was all a free service.

Employees over the phone dose NOT help you out too. Do NOT call the Care Cab at all. I will RATE them F for FAILER.
