Upon arrival in Billings we were notified of a $625 charge to our credit card. We called the owner and he stated he needed an SUV to make the trip. I again confirmed that the $625 charge was for our round trip. When we arrived at our destination there were numerous sedans so a SUV was not needed. We confirmed our pickup for today August 27th. Debbie arrived at 8:30 and said she had forgotten to give us a receipt. She then handed me a receipt for $625 and said we owed another $625. We vehemently told her that we were told it was $625 for both of our trips. She tried to force us to sign a document adding the additional charge. She then threatened to just let us out if we did not agree to the additional charge. We then called Ron the owner who said it was a misunderstanding but we had to pay the charge or he could tell the driver to put us out on the side of the road. The driver told us that we would not have been able to find a rental car. I was quickly able to locate numerous rental cars at the airport but at this point we were going to miss our flight. DO NOT deal with these dishonest folks. They have had multiple complains. I plan on contacting the BBB.

I had to pay an extra $2 to make the reservation. I needed to be picked up at 10am - to be on the West End by 11am (I was trying to play it safe). By 10:15, I called to check on the status and they told me they were "right around the corner". I called 2 more times after - almost in a panic - before they finally showed up - at 10:45. But, he didn't even pull into my hotel. I had to meet him in the middle of the road. I was p!$$ed. I explained the situation, and the driver said he should be able to make it by 11. Two minutes into our drive, the dispatcher told him that he'd need to make another pickup. He explained to me that with that pickup, he couldn't get me there until closer to noon. UGH UGH FREAKING UGH. OR.... wait! He could charge me another $5 and I could make my ride exclusive. OF COURSE, SIR. I would LOVE to pay you another $5 - on top of my $2 reservation guarantee - to ensure you don't play MR. SCHOOLBUS and pick up 5 other people. FTW. Anyways... he gets me there - with one minute to spare. Fine. I should have called another company for the return.... but look at me - Mrs. Second Chance. I waited for 2.5 hours afterward to get picked up. OVER TWO HOURS. I AM USING CAPS, CAPS, CAPS. YELLING. Never, ever, ever, ever use this company. I had prebooked to be picked up at 5 hours before and all they did was lie and give me the runaround. They never offered to make it right when they picked me up. I even talked to dispatch on the two way radio and complained, but I still got to pay full price. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The van had strong odor of cigarettes and MJ. Driver and partner were very friendly and nice to me and took me to the hospital to be with my sister. On day I needed to leave we had scheduled for a 4:00 AM pickup and I did not realize that the front of the hospital lobby is closed at that hour so I had to go out the ER exit and walk around with my suitcase in the dark and cold to wait at the front entrance where I had been dropped off. The driver was late, I was cold and it was dark so I was a little scared being a 76 year old woman alone in the dark and unfamiliar area etc. When driver finally arrived, he said that he didn't know he had a "pick up" until 4 that morning. Mind you this had been previously scheduled and confirmed 2 days ahead. Driver was nice enough but wanted to know how I paid and I told him it had been pre paid at time of schedule. Overall I think I would use them again but would hope for a more timely pick up and for cleaner vehicles.
