We were completely misled by the owner, Ron, of this company. We were quoted a round trip cost of $550 to be picked up at the Billings airport and dropped off in Buffalo WY and then be picked up in Buffalo and returned to the Billings airport. Upon arrival in Billings we were notified of a $625 charge to our credit card. We called the owner and he stated he needed an SUV to make the trip. I again confirmed that the $625 charge was for our round trip. When we arrived at our destination there were numerous sedans so a SUV was not needed. We confirmed our pickup for today August 27th. Debbie arrived at 8:30 and said she had forgotten to give us a receipt. She then handed me a receipt for $625 and said we owed another $625. We vehemently told her that we were told it was $625 for both of our trips. She tried to force us to sign a document adding the additional charge. She then threatened to just let us out if we did not agree to the additional charge. We then called Ron the owner who said it was a misunderstanding but we had to pay the charge or he could tell the driver to put us out on the side of the road. The driver told us that we would not have been able to find a rental car. I was quickly able to locate numerous rental cars at the airport but at this point we were going to miss our flight. DO NOT deal with these dishonest folks. They have had multiple complains. I plan on contacting the BBB. read more
