They arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes after I called. I then did a scheduled pickup, and I was suppose to be picked up at 5pm. Dispatch said it would be no more than 20 minutes at 5pm. I called at 5:30 and they said it would be "just a few more minutes." Then I called at 5:45 and they said it would be "just a few more minutes" and then it turned into an hour. I had prebooked to be picked up at 5 hours before and all they did was lie and give me the runaround. They never offered to make it right when they picked me up. I even talked to dispatch on the two way radio and complained, but I still got to pay full price. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I had to pay an extra $2 to make the reservation. I needed to be picked up at 10am - to be on the West End by 11am (I was trying to play it safe). By 10:15, I called to check on the status and they told me they were "right around the corner". I called 2 more times after - almost in a panic - before they finally showed up - at 10:45. But, he didn't even pull into my hotel. I had to meet him in the middle of the road. I was p!$$ed. I explained the situation, and the driver said he should be able to make it by 11. Two minutes into our drive, the dispatcher told him that he'd need to make another pickup. He explained to me that with that pickup, he couldn't get me there until closer to noon. UGH UGH FREAKING UGH. OR.... wait! He could charge me another $5 and I could make my ride exclusive. OF COURSE, SIR. I would LOVE to pay you another $5 - on top of my $2 reservation guarantee - to ensure you don't play MR. SCHOOLBUS and pick up 5 other people. FTW. Anyways... he gets me there - with one minute to spare. Fine. I should have called another company for the return.... but look at me - Mrs. Second Chance. I waited for 2.5 hours afterward to get picked up. OVER TWO HOURS. I AM USING CAPS, CAPS, CAPS. YELLING. Never, ever, ever, ever use this company. There is apparently one other cab company in Billings. I'm sure they've got to be at least modestly better than City Cab. PS: Their cars are disgusting, dirty, and look like they could break down at any minute. :(

They deserve to be the airline of Billings they have the same quality of service as big sister and the best part is the beer and wine is complimentary and that always puts me in a good mood for the end destination

My husband bought an e-ticket four months in advance to fly on Alaska Airlines from Billings to…read moreReno for a convention in July. He purchased "a refundable ticket" in case his 96 year old mother took a turn for the worse. He purchased this ticket through Cheap Flights. The company processing the refund is called Refundable.Me. I suppose if everything goes right and life doesn't get in the way Cheap Flights might be okay. My mother in law passed away 8 days before my husband was due to fly out, like we could have predicted this would happen. We had less than one day to get things together and drive 1,000 miles for the wake and funeral. My husband attempted to get the refund on his phone from Refundable.Me. No you can't call and make this happen. He was talking to "Bunny". Bunny was trying to walk my husband through the process while my husband was trying to fill out the application on his phone. My husband was getting frustrated because the process was lengthy and difficult and Bunny was getting frustrated because it was taking too much of Bunny's time. Bunny finally told my husband to try back in a couple hours. Three hours later, I got on our home computer. The first obstacle was "is this a new application or do we have one in process?". Being unsure where Bunny left things, I started a new one. I answered questions about my husband's name, flight number and ticket number. Then it asks what country and rather than putting the U.S. (probably the most frequent place of origin and destination for Alaska Airlines especially for a domestic flight) on top of the list, I had to search the bottom of the list. Then, the application wanted a copy of the e-ticket, upload the copy and it would accept it in a certain format (jpeg, png or heic). Since it isn't something I do every day, that process took some time and then I wasn't sure I did it right because it wouldn't open for me. My husband called Refundable.Me to get assistance. Alan answered. He wouldn't listen and kept repeating that the company needed "this" and "just upload", like it was a simple process and we were morons. Then the application asked for reason of cancellation. I chose the death option, then who had died and requested a copy of the death certificate. Anyone who has been through a death knows it takes 10-14 days to get a copy of the death certificate. Thankfully, the mortuary had already posted the obituary online. The first paragraph listed the 9 siblings and their spouses. We had to prove the relationship between my husband and his mother. Then I had to take another screenshot and upload it to the application. Meanwhile, Alan is trying to rush us off the phone and "we can call back in a couple business days". That would mean calling when we are in the middle of nowhere, no internet connection or at the wake or the next day when we are at the funeral or cemetery. Thoroughly, frustrated and disgusted at Refundable.Me for uncaring and unsympathetic representatives. It feels as though they were doing everything possible to discourage us from trying to get our refund which we had paid for. If I could have given a negative number for the rating, I would have given them a -10. What could improve? Everything!
