By December, the sealer was showing extreme clouding to the finish. We reported the problem to Leonard, who visited. Leonard was uncertain about what happened but opted to involve the sealer provider, Sherwin-Williams. Chemical solvents were unsuccessful in removing the damaged finish. Next, a pressure washer was used to no benefit. As time progressed, Leonard claimed we needed to wait for cooler weather. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago, the Company abandoned the job, leaving us with a terrible eyesore. We are preparing to file suit for the original cost plus damages in Collin County Court. I would highly recommend not using this company for any significant investment jobs. We have been left with a mess and the Company no longer responds.

Fast forward to now and we're back using their services to build a massive back patio, side walkway, excavate and level for a retaining wall for which they also poured the concrete footer for (we are building the wall ourselves). A pretty big job to say the least. Our experience this time around was just as excellent if not even better than 2 yrs ago. Omar and his dad, James and the rest of the crew made quick work of the entire project. Their skills are remarkable and they all are absolute artisans in their field. We LOVE our new patio! It amazes me their "yes we can" attitude throughout the whole project. Anything we asked - without hesitation, it was "yes we can do that however you want it we'll make it happen." I was reluctant to ask about the grading/excavating as other companies shot me down on that aspect pretty quick. Not Omar and James - it was an immediate "Yes we can do that" and it was added it to the quote in hours. Pricing? Once again they beat out two other companies.... BY A LOT. All within 10 days we had Jesus come by to scope the project, got an estimate, scheduled the work and now it's all complete! Jesus was incredibly helpful and very kind, and Noe the onsite project manager was awesome. Both of them were also super responsive! The guys were on time and they even came back by in the evening unscheduled to finish a piece we hadn't originally scoped. Highly recommend! Will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend to anyone.

Then, for the next several weeks, I sent Mike at least a few dozen follow-up questions (and not all in the same email) and he graciously answered every single one of them promptly, and remained patient with me throughout. I was NOT an easy sell. The payment process was smooth and easy. Then, his team (led by Chris) were just utterly outstanding. Showed up around 7:30am each day and worked their tails off until 5:30-6:30 each day, and were completely professional throughout and kept me totally in the loop throughout their progress. Super nice crew that I couldn't be more thankful for. Lastly, if there are any sort of touch-up's needed after the installation, Mike and his team take care of them QUICKLY! I'm posting this after only a year of having backyard turf installed. I've had several issues over…read morethat time period, unfortunately. 1.) The turf is literally coming up at the seams in several places now. It's so bad that it looks like a patchwork quilt in some spots(see pic). 2.) Huge weeds have sprung up throughout the turf surface area they I've had to treat. I should have just kept my grass if that was going to happen. 3.) Part of the turf is fried(see pic). A worker told me to get my windows tinted so the reflection of the sun wouldn't fry the turf. I spent $1000 to get the darkest tinting I could find installed and the turf still got fried. 4.) I paid $100 for stone pavers that would cover the turf parts that were fried. The company never delivered them. I'm not one to post poor reviews unless it's warranted. When you pay $15,000, you expect something to be in decent condition after only 12 months. Unfortunately, that's not the case with my experience. I'd recommend anyone to stick with grass and spend the money on landscapers
