Roland and his crew are so fantastic! I couldn't recommend them more. Roland came out two separate times to go over the landscape plan with me. I had my bushes out front removed and replaced with a gorgeous new array, and I had a flagstone pathway installed out in my back yard. Not only was their price competitive, but they came out 3 days after we decided on a plan. No wait whatsoever! Roland brought the full team and had everything pretty much done within the day. I came home from work to a beautiful lawn! Roland also ended up doing even more work than the contract required - He installed extra sod out back and laid sprinkler piping in the flower bed out front to help the irrigation crew out. But after reading all the positive reviews, we decided to give them a second chance. We're so glad we did! Leo arrived early, ready with expert knowledge about our drainage project. He provided a fair quote and then, a week later, a team of four worked tirelessly to install our new system. They were meticulous about patching the grass and used leftover dirt to fill in low spots, leaving our yard looking better than before. After a good rain, the drainage system performed flawlessly - no more standing water or mushy grass. I used Emerald Touch (Apr-May 2021) to totally redo my front yard landscaping after the 2021 winter storm killed many plants. Roland Parker responded to my call almost immediately and came out to look at my front yard the next day. He really listened to what I wanted and had some great suggestions, too. He provided a plan and quote within 4 days, then worked with me on moderate changes to the plan. Made it beautiful and did it on budget. We wanted our front lawn made beautiful to help sell our home. Roland had a vision, and went to work on creating this design. Everyone says curb appeal matters when selling your home. Our home sold in one day and I couldn't believe it. I was so touched by what he and his crew did, I wished we had done it much sooner and not waited until we were ready for selling it. We hired Emerald Touch to install turf in our backyard and are very pleased with the final product. Prior to Emerald Touch our backyard was an uninviting dirt area that was either very dry and cracked or too muddy to play on. Horrible. Paid up front for April and the service was less than acceptable. Terminated this company and now they drive by our home cursing and yelling at us. Despite my emails and calls stating service was terminated this unstable owner and crew manager still feels the need to take things a little too far. I would think twice before allowing someone so clearly out of control near my home or family. Really alarming to see someone with access to a home act this way. It's like an ex you break up with stalking you out of hate and spite...creepy. read more

After calling several companies That didn't answer their phone and didn't return calls. I called Emerald touch lawn care and they actually answered the phone and they were out there within the hour. Roland was the one who showed up for my Estimate and he was very friendly and professional. He gave me a reasonable price for cleaning up of all the leaves on my property.
