The person whom initially showed up to install my septic tanks and system did not complete the job. He would not communicate with me and he would not return my calls. I was sitting and waiting for months for this job to be finished. The very few times he would text or call all he would do it blame his inadequacies on someone else. The original Septic guy from a year before drew the plans and the only thing wrong with it was he had to move one of the two sprinklers to the other side of our driveway. Months went by and he never tried to fix this so we could complete our septic and have it working. He continuously said how he didn't need experience because he had plenty of experience. I think he must have been trying to convince himself. I told him he had the sprinkler system hitting the front of my house and yard and it smelled like feces. He never moved or fixed it. He did not have the sewage flowing through the system to clean and purify it before spraying in the yard. This is a Health violation. I am a 69 year old woman who does not need any health risks. He walked off the job and never finished it. I finally told him not to come back. My stress level has made my very sick along with getting sprayed by fecal matter. This is horrible. Do not use Apache Septic in Tomball or Willis area. Do not use any business with the owner named Dustin Borrego. He is a horrible business man and does not care about his jobs or the customers. We are very disappointed. My sons and I had to finish digging the trench for the sprinkler pipe to be laid. We covered everything and ordered another chlorinator even though I already paid Dustin for one that was never installed. I tried to look up his business information and license number. I could not locate the license number for Dustin or Apache Septic. When I put in his license number he was using on his paperwork, it pulls up Sutton Electrical Services in Willis. I'm gathering that Dustin used their license number for his own benefit. Horrible Business tactics. We are very sad and disappointed in this company and the supposed owner.
