He showed me where on the tire there was a broken belt which had caused a flat spot and a exposed belt. He told me that I should go back to the big box retailer and have them fix it. He did not charge me for the visit, I went back to the big box and this time they fixed it. I went back and had an alignment done about a month later and he did great work.
