I spoke with the manager/owner who said they would replace what was missing, and they never did. I also requested that that particular cleaning team not return, and they did. And now I'm missing something else. I don't take what I'm saying lightly, but the two items are things that have been been in the same place for the 7 years we've lived in our house. I'm on the hunt for another company because bottom line, I need to trust who is coming into my home. Lastly, I wish the cleanings were consistent. Sometimes that dust, sometimes they don't. Sometimes they read the notes in the reservation, sometimes they don't.
