She apologized several times for being hard of hearing. She did not listen to us, she did not let us finish a sentence. She wrote things down that were not true , we just got tired of trying to correct her. We have used this location in the last few years without issues. It was an oven in there. Children were carousing and play fighting with balloons.. I'm seriously stressed out now and probably won't recover for the rest of the day. We have no idea what our bottom line is going to be and I don't trust it if I did. Not to mention! last year our identities were stolen, a fraudulent file was submitted. Probably an HR Block breach.
