The service requested was to repair two latches and a gate that the ground around it was uneven. There was a big snag in one of the fence posts, but he gave me two choice to fix and again knew his stuff! He resolved all of this for great price and friendly service. I'll need to replace some parts in future as the original parts made in china are not built to last and won't hesitate to call him!

I had contacted three additional fence companies before Fence Solutions and each each one of the three companies said they would be able to do the job but when it came down to them providing a estimate a week later each one came up with an reason why they could not do the job. (Supplier, too busy, etc) needless to said I was delayed about a month during this search. Fence Solutions (Gabriel) being my fourth company to contact was very attentive and responded quickly. They gave a fair estimate and complete the job within two weeks. The aluminum portion of the fence was hand welded and painted (electrostatic). In addition to the fence installation I requested that they install three 6x6x14' pressure treated post. One stand alone and Two to pull double duty as as fence post and mounting points for future canvas shade sails. They did a excellent job and highly recommend.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Ariel (owner) and his crew did a horrendous job with…read moreour concrete project and are a nightmare to work with. Not only did it take 1 year to complete this project (permit delays due to incomplete paperwork and no-shows by A&A Concrete Solutions), but it was also done poorly. Ariel is very quick to collect deposits and will smile in your face and say the right things. But will give you the runaround, odd excuses, or flat out ignore your calls/messages when there is an issue. There are DOZENS of cracks 2 months after the concrete was poured, edges were left unfinished, & the sealant was applied poorly and uneven (see picture). Ariel agreed that the work was done improperly and he would have it fixed. In addition, he made decisions at his own discretion and did not install the drain we discussed. Now there are pools of water every time it rains. When we pointed this out to him he said in order to fix it we would have to tear up the concrete completely and start all over. It was clear he was not at all involved with the project nor supervised his employees. We have spent the past 3 months trying to coordinate with Ariel to fix the work and the items we discussed. Even after agreeing on dates and times to fix the work Ariel and his crew either wouldn't show up or would show up a different day and time where we couldn't supervise or sign off on the incomplete items. Until this day we have been trying to contact them and they have ignored our calls and text messages. Due to their lack of response it looks like we will need to hire another company to fix A&A Concrete Solutions. We are in the process of submitting a complaint to the DBPR and discussing the best next steps with an attorney. We will not be going away until this is resolved. If you have been affected by this company negatively I urge you to share your experiences on all platforms (Yelp, google, Facebook). Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. This company will waste your time, energy, and money.

What was most frustrating was the lack of accountability afterward. Once corporate payment had already been processed, communication completely stopped. My calls and text messages were never returned. Good contractors stand behind their work and maintain communication even after payment is received. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.
