Nour and Junior kept me apprised of the status throughout the project. I received emailed photos of the progress each step of the way and updates on the status of the installs We did a final detailed walk through of the design in Nour's office for each window. They have a great showroom that helped us decide on the design elements. The products were delivered when promised and installed by very careful technicians. One window was damaged during install and was quickly replaced. The team at HW&S were very courteous and respectful of our home, sealing off the interior work spaces to minimize the amount of dust that would wind up inside.
