He came out and took a look at let me know that my particular situation didn't require his services, but he did let me know exactly what needed to be done to solve the problem. I don't know anything about this sort of stuff so he could have easily taken advantage of my ignorance. If I ever do have another problem, Mike will be my first call, and I would recommend him to anyone else who asks.

After contacting this company, the owner (Patrick) listened and observed the pictures I posted on…read morethe site. Then he recommended a plumber (Mazzone) that would fix one facet of the whole issue. After the owner of the plumbing company came out and fixed what he needed to quickly and at a very reasonable price the worker from Arid came out to view the final phase of my problem. Patrick (the owner) gave me an appointment for his workers to install a sump pump. The first pictures are of the check valve portion of the project. The second picture is an extension installed by Mazzone to my check valve two feet below my basement floor. The third set of pictures are from the completed job by Arid. The workers from Arid were very polite and worked quickly and very effectively with a great deal of carefulness for my home and living spaces. I completely recommend both these companies for any waterproofing projects you may find that you need.

I am reading posts with complimentary reviews about Robert Stuart's workmanship. I have to…read moredisagree. He charged me $1,800 for a radiator cover. I provided blueprints and a picture. The work is sloppy and looks more ike a High School Shop student completed it. He has the nerve to post a picture of my radiator cover on YELP without asking my permission. I told him this was my design, I drew the blueprints, and gave him a picture of what I wanted, and he did not have my permission to use it. I have emailed him four times, and he has yet to reply. I would not recommend him. Bob is also unlicensed. I would not recommend him.

Once we arrived at the home, he was even better than expected. His prior firefighter expertise allowed him to give us more insights regarding potential fire hazards and other safety codes that we may otherwise would have missed. From the start he was clear and descriptive with everything he noted. We walked through every spot in the house and showed me as he went what he found and what that meant for me as the buyer. His knowledge from Materials to brands and durability of windows, doors, boilers, etc. was very refreshing as it made it easier knowing what would need more care upon purchasing the home. The report was extremely detailed and included photos from multiple angles and explanations of his findings with regards to how urgent a potential repair would be. Steve was worth every penny!
