They do not call you to send reminders, which I was aware of beforehand. Unfortunately, their credit/debit card machine was down, so I had to travel to the nearest ATM and then return. Had I been in a rush, this would have been a major inconvenience; I understand things happen, but apparently this has occurred before. Given how affordable the services are, it's hard to complain much.

However, I suggest if you plan to dry comforter bedding, only put them individually in each dryer because it takes about 30 minutes for $3.00 and if you put 2 comforters in 1 large dryer, each will not fully be dry. Parking is plentiful. Alongside this facility, there is a Gamestop, Haircuts place for $9.99, a Dollar Tree type store, etc.

I load the machines I want and go to see what I need to do to get the money off my card and on to a new one. I'm basically told to kick rocks because there's nothing they can do and the money is already theirs. No solutions provided and not even apologetic about it. So just be aware because it seems like only wash and fold matters here.

Our Grand Opening promotion is FREE DRY for all washing customers which will extend til January 2017. Visit our newly remodeled washateria complete with all new washers and dryers. We have a great selection of 20lb, 30lb, 40lb and 60lb washers which are perfect for everything including comforters and bedding. We have abundant 30lb stack dryers as well as 8 50lb stack dryers. Total of 51 washers and 56 dryers. Wash time is 25 minutes. Dry time is 20 to 24 minutes as these new gas dryers are hot, and the washers are efficient in extracting water. Other amenities include security cameras, ample seating, folding table space, parking, free wifi for personal entertainment, soda and food/candy vending, a change machine, a restroom, a TV and set of radios on the way. Also on the way are picnic-style benches and tables. Full service Wash & Fold is also available for those who are on-the-go. I was told to bring it back and the manager would call me. SHE DID - to explain while they did wonder if that's what i wanted they opted not to call me to ask but just to go ahead and do the work WRONG because the cashier wrote "customer pinned" on the tag. While one skirt DID have a pin on it, it certainly wasn't where the hem was made and certainly wasn't what I asked for or wanted. I'm certain what I needed and asked them to do. The clerk clearly ignored me. No one bothered to confirm. And I was charged 80.00!!! FOR TRASH! I'm looking for owners to back this up!! The manger would rather insist on keeping (stealing) 80.00 from me after ruining clothes I purchased for back to school ... than to keep a customer.

Nothing too spectacular, I mean, it's a drycleaners.. However they always get my stuff done quickly and correctly, and their in-house seamstress is a genius with your busted threads. Friendly staff, fair prices, excellent service and location is very clothes (wink) to downtown. Give them a try.
