One of their windows advertises "in by 9am, out by 5pm", but she instructed me to return the next day for pick up even though I dropped it off around 8:30am. My 2 piece suit and dress shirt ($19) came out clean. I paid with cash, but card would have added an additional surcharge. I'm a little hesitant to return for that price, but I have no complaints about their service.

Easy system that will give you bonuses for spending certain amounts. These machines will allow you to run longer cycles and pay upfront unlike other similar places that just have 1 setting and force you to have to return every 20 mins or so to pay and start another cycle. It is located next to a gas station. Parking is limited, but there are a few extra spaces on the side of the building. To use the machines, you'll need to purchase a card and load money onto it. The card is $1 and can be purchased at the kiosk. You can also use the kiosk to add funds to the card. If you need assistance, there are employees at the counter. They were young, but very polite and helpful. The counter area also had laundry supplies for sale. The heavy duty washers ranged from $8-9. Some of the washers are tall so pouring detergent, fabric softener, etc. into the compartment may be difficult if you're short. I didn't realize it until after the fact, but they have step ladders that you can use if you need a boost. The employees were using them to clean the tops of the machines. They have lots of rolling carts which came in handy. They even had some laundry baskets for customer use. The laundromat is quite spacious and there's plenty of seating. They offer free water and have vending machines too (or you can grab a snack at the convenient store next door). If you need the WiFi password, just ask one of the employees. I noticed a TV in the middle of the room, but it was muted. There's also a few video poker machines. The name says it all. Spotless Washateria is truly spotless. Employees were cleaning machines, mopping floors, wiping down the folding tables, etc. on a regular basis. I'll definitely return the next time I need to do heavy duty laundry.

When I returned to pick up the sweater, I found that it had been further damaged. The color was uneven, suggesting they had used bleach or some other chemical to remove the stain. I explained to the clerk that the sweater was now damaged. The clerk claimed the stain was caused by perfume and denied responsibility for the damage. I informed them that my wife does not use perfume due to her sensitive skin and allergies, but the clerk still refused to accept responsibility. I am extremely upset by their poor customer service and refusal to acknowledge their negligence.

Restrooms are always up to par. I've never seen lingering lint, nor trash sitting around. This surprised me as it is a laundromat that quickly accumulates lent/dust. The facility is conveniently ran off of a card system, meaning, you add your needed amount directly onto a Laundry card from your debit/credit card. This made me feel safe and more aware of what was being spent. My very first visit someone walked me through every step to ensure I fully understood what I was doing. This was a nice start off. I had a small issue previously, called the facility at 06:00AM (when I noticed the issue), and the owner respectfully answered. I was calling to leave a message due to the early call, but to my surprise, the owner answered and handled my minor issue immediately. Nice and friendly service. I always feel welcomed and safe. We appreciated this laundry being here, but it's expensive and also ate a bunch of our money. And I mean ate. And I mean A BUNCH. LIke, they owe us ten dollars. Jerks. That was a real downside because we don't have that much money to set aside for laundry - especially not with what's going on with the virus. There's no attendant at night and they make you buy a card to access the stuff, and then all kinds of messed up stuff happened with the machine and caused us to have to spend literally about $21 instead of $11. If you take too long with your transaction then the machine will literally eat your money and keep it. And there is no way of getting it back unless there's an attendant here. We found that pretty obnoxious.

Anyhow, the nice lady behind the counter takes note of all the coffee stains on my jacket when I bring it in and MAGICALLY they're all gone when I pick it up! Dry cleaning my coat is less than $5 and I have the choice of starch or no starch. Pretty nice! I've tried both and I prefer the starch. Since the lady always does a quality job on my coat, I entrusted her to a dress from Neimann Marcus that I bought for a wedding. I was a little nervous about bringing in the dress, but I figured since I got the dress on sale for $300, I could take the risk. As it turns out, the dress came back perfectly and it had an intricate lace looking inset and all that fancy crap - but it was dry cleaned with no problems at all. So, being that the coat and the dress only cost about $11, I'd say she's got a VERY competitive rate. The door to the place is kinda weird - I still can't figure out how to open it, but she comes to let me in as soon as I walk up. It's got a weird locking mechanism, maybe for her safety since the area is a bit industrial looking.... Anyhow, put your initial responses aside about the look and the feel of this place. I guarantee you'll be happy with your items. I'm done spending a ton of money on those other dry cleaning places near rice village. Yikes.
