Perhaps it's a language barrier, or difficulty of the work, but two items were not done properly and the cost was exorbitant. The cleaners proactively offered to refund half of the cost of the alteration, but I will never wear the dress--which was new. FYI, I've always considered myself to be quality, rather than price driven, but find myself sensitive to both here.

We were told that they could launder & press what we wanted except if the instructions said to dry clean. We were satisfied with that & happy we had the option to do the wet/organic dry cleaning for our dry clean only items. My husband returned a couple of days later to drop off our laundry and said to launder and press what they could as previously discussed. Our items took several days, after pick up we were charged for dry cleaning for every single piece - $12.99/item. When my husband called a manager apologized that they had dry cleaned his shirts when the instruction had been provided and they refunded those fees. However they said by default they *always* dry clean women's clothes. No matter what. Even if the instructions say to launder. Despite this never been having disclosed to us when we explicitly had a conversation about these services & prices in advance. Beware of a possible bait & switch, a pink tax, & damage to your clothes because a (very pricey) laundering service won't follow instructions. Since there were shorts underneath the skirt my instructions was to bring the hem up below the shorts. Seemed clear and easy enough. When I picked them up I was charged 80!! 35 each (didn't tell me that before they did the work either) and then got home to find the skirt hemmed at least 2 inches ABOVE THE SHORTS.. I was told to bring it back and the manager would call me. SHE DID - to explain while they did wonder if that's what i wanted they opted not to call me to ask but just to go ahead and do the work WRONG because the cashier wrote "customer pinned" on the tag. While one skirt DID have a pin on it, it certainly wasn't where the hem was made and certainly wasn't what I asked for or wanted. I'm certain what I needed and asked them to do. The clerk clearly ignored me. No one bothered to confirm. And I was charged 80.00!!! FOR TRASH! I'm looking for owners to back this up!! The manger would rather insist on keeping (stealing) 80.00 from me after ruining clothes I purchased for back to school ... than to keep a customer.

Nothing too spectacular, I mean, it's a drycleaners.. However they always get my stuff done quickly and correctly, and their in-house seamstress is a genius with your busted threads. We appreciated this laundry being here, but it's expensive and also ate a bunch of our money. And I mean ate. And I mean A BUNCH. LIke, they owe us ten dollars. Jerks. That was a real downside because we don't have that much money to set aside for laundry - especially not with what's going on with the virus. There's no attendant at night and they make you buy a card to access the stuff, and then all kinds of messed up stuff happened with the machine and caused us to have to spend literally about $21 instead of $11. If you take too long with your transaction then the machine will literally eat your money and keep it. And there is no way of getting it back unless there's an attendant here. We found that pretty obnoxious.

Restrooms are always up to par. I've never seen lingering lint, nor trash sitting around. This surprised me as it is a laundromat that quickly accumulates lent/dust. Second, the customer service is very well respectful and rounded. I was honestly a little lost the very first time coming in as I brought a bag of quarters. The facility is conveniently ran off of a card system, meaning, you add your needed amount directly onto a Laundry card from your debit/credit card. This made me feel safe and more aware of what was being spent. My very first visit someone walked me through every step to ensure I fully understood what I was doing. This was a nice start off. I had a small issue previously, called the facility at 06:00AM (when I noticed the issue), and the owner respectfully answered. I was calling to leave a message due to the early call, but to my surprise, the owner answered and handled my minor issue immediately. Nice and friendly service. I always feel welcomed and safe. They are quick to answer my questions, provide quick turn around on the laundry, and are very kind both on the phone and in person. Been using them for months now and highly recommend.
