The attendant really didn't want to believe us when our clothes were still wet after being in the dryer for more than an hour. The other attendant today blamed us for the washer over flowing when we used the required detergent they have asked for their customers to use when using the washers. Hopefully they get better attendants to work here but we will no longer come to this location to wash/dry clothes.

I always put extra money on my card so I often end up with an extra $15-$40 after I've finished. (Washer loads are $6-$10 so this isn't crazy). Today I walked in after 3 weeks and found they've made some updates inside! First thought is great, I've definitely had some issues swiping my card before. I load the machines I want and go to see what I need to do to get the money off my card and on to a new one. I'm basically told to kick rocks because there's nothing they can do and the money is already theirs. No solutions provided and not even apologetic about it. So just be aware because it seems like only wash and fold matters here.

Easy system that will give you bonuses for spending certain amounts. These machines will allow you to run longer cycles and pay upfront unlike other similar places that just have 1 setting and force you to have to return every 20 mins or so to pay and start another cycle. It is located next to a gas station. Parking is limited, but there are a few extra spaces on the side of the building. To use the machines, you'll need to purchase a card and load money onto it. The card is $1 and can be purchased at the kiosk. You can also use the kiosk to add funds to the card. If you need assistance, there are employees at the counter. They were young, but very polite and helpful. The counter area also had laundry supplies for sale. The heavy duty washers ranged from $8-9. Some of the washers are tall so pouring detergent, fabric softener, etc. into the compartment may be difficult if you're short. I didn't realize it until after the fact, but they have step ladders that you can use if you need a boost. The employees were using them to clean the tops of the machines. They have lots of rolling carts which came in handy. They even had some laundry baskets for customer use. The laundromat is quite spacious and there's plenty of seating. They offer free water and have vending machines too (or you can grab a snack at the convenient store next door). If you need the WiFi password, just ask one of the employees. I noticed a TV in the middle of the room, but it was muted. There's also a few video poker machines. The name says it all. Spotless Washateria is truly spotless. Employees were cleaning machines, mopping floors, wiping down the folding tables, etc. on a regular basis. I'll definitely return the next time I need to do heavy duty laundry.

My wedding dress had several dark stains (previous owner) on the lace, beads, and tulle. By my surprise, they took care of it and manage to take the stain off without damaging the dress! My dress looks fresh and brand new again! I am tremendously happy that I went to them! I was referred to them from the lady who is fixing my dress, and told me that they clean wedding dresses at a reasonable cost, and does a very good job. Holding my breath as I leave my dress with them... and a week later my dress is spotless and in one piece. Mind you, the stains were almost 2 years old and I have no idea what it was from. She did call to forewarn me that some beading might fall off if I'm willing to take the risk... but when I received the dress, I did not find any missing beads. I blame my coworkers for spilling coffee on my butt since I can't figure out how to I could possibly do that.... Anyhow, the nice lady behind the counter takes note of all the coffee stains on my jacket when I bring it in and MAGICALLY they're all gone when I pick it up! Dry cleaning my coat is less than $5 and I have the choice of starch or no starch. Pretty nice! I've tried both and I prefer the starch. Since the lady always does a quality job on my coat, I entrusted her to a dress from Neimann Marcus that I bought for a wedding. I was a little nervous about bringing in the dress, but I figured since I got the dress on sale for $300, I could take the risk. As it turns out, the dress came back perfectly and it had an intricate lace looking inset and all that fancy crap - but it was dry cleaned with no problems at all. So, being that the coat and the dress only cost about $11, I'd say she's got a VERY competitive rate. The door to the place is kinda weird - I still can't figure out how to open it, but she comes to let me in as soon as I walk up. It's got a weird locking mechanism, maybe for her safety since the area is a bit industrial looking.... Anyhow, put your initial responses aside about the look and the feel of this place. I guarantee you'll be happy with your items. I'm done spending a ton of money on those other dry cleaning places near rice village. Yikes. Don'tcha hate when you spend more money on dry cleaning over the years than you did on the dress itself? If that's you, then go to Fine Cleaners. But just so you know - CASH ONLY - but that's ok cuz her prices are low.
